i hate when this happens. i always wonder, man those sets felt kinda shit, should I lower the weight and toss in an extra good set, or just wait until next week.
i usually end up waiting until the following day, unless it really felt extra fucked up.

happened alot more when i first started a program, doesnt happen no where near as often, unless im gym hopping then ill do the extra set, or stop with in a few reps and adjust more quickly.
Really surprised that extra 5lbs left so much heavier. Damn Planet Fitness.

Noticed Right when I got done the 3rd set I was off a column.

yea happens, feel like that with side lateral raises.
i can get unlimited reps with 16.5 lbs, raise it to 22 and I cant even move it wtf lol
 
Week 13 Day 6 Pull Day 💪

Took another 10hrs of sleep. Really catching up. Wish I could figure out a way to get a full 8 hours, I just don't think I can get in bed my 9pm. Not that old yet.

Week 15 Day 1

Unless I just jump, don't think I'm hitting 225 with proper progressive overload in the next two weeks. Probably hit it right after, so NBD.

242 This morning. Still wearing 34" jeans so the mid section isn't horrific, but def not where i need to be. Dress shirts are a touch tight. Vacation in 10 weeks, time to get a bit serious on that. Maybe 210ish. Gonna be easy once I get that SLU from @GYMnTONIC ;)

Week 15 Day 2 🦵 Day.

Slept in today. Went and walked at Planet Fitness and did some abs then lifted around lunch. Had an 90 minute break in meeting so I blocked my calendar.

Man I wish I could workout mid day everyday. Sleep in a little more often. Just "feel" better overall, Not sure the lift was that much better, but had two meals in me and ready to go. Also all my food gets pushed out to start later and make eating easier.

Week 15 Day 3 Pull Day

14k Steps.
30 Min on Stair Mill and 10 on Treadmill at 3mph and 10 Incline. Then 2 walks during the day​
2800 Calories

Everything still moving up nicely, even on the lower test amounts.

I wish my body would let me workout mid day. If I don’t start moving early, I turn into a slug the rest of the day. Same shit with work. If we’re slow in the morning for some reason and we don’t start really working to late morning, im screwed. I get lazy as balls and don’t wanna do shit .

I like to be active in the morning. Walk or light cardio. Get the day going. But enough time to eat some food and wake up. Right now I'm up at 5 and lifting by 525

Week 15 Day 5 - Push Day

Kinda Flat on lifts. Mostly stayed the same except for one lift.
Did Abs and got 15k steps.

Week Day 5. 🦵

Took the day off work w/ the wife. Slept in a little until 530. Walked for 50min fasted, took the kid to school, ate some COR for a PWO meal then lifted. Good lift, most everything up. Reset the leg curls after messing up last week.

Wife and I went and got some small script tattoos, then walked the city a bit and had lunch before getting the child. 17k steps. Solid on a leg day. Had some snacks with me, def felt the need a for food a few times.

Week 15 Day 6 - Pull Day - Last lift of the week.

T-Bar rows might be my favorite lift at the moment. Just feel it so well. Felt weak/tried on my first set of lat pulldowns so dropped the weight and got better form/connection

Did abs, went to the skate park, sitting on 14k steps right now and probably going to hit an evening walk after dinner and try to flex close to 20k.

Week 15 Day 7 - Rest

Got 21k steps. Low calorie/carb day at 2500. Went to the Farmers Market and got some Grouper and made a dope fish sandwhich with avocado/mango salsa. Should've taken a pic.

I think I'm going to drop back on the stairmill/cardio and just get back to walking. The few weeks I started hitting the the stairmill I was ravenous for food.
 
Week 16 - Day 1 Two weeks left 😥 8wks TRT and a doctor's visit, need to get test levels down from the mid 4ks

Push Day. Still mostly creeping up.
Steps should be around 17k at the end of the day

Tried to get a good picture, but it wasn't coming out as clear as I could see naturally....had a great tricep pump this morning and back of my arm was just a crazy spiderweb of veins.

Week 16 Day 2: Legs (obvi)

Woke up a 4am and couldn't go back to sleep. A bit annoying

Good pump and lift overall. Weight/Reps up.
15.7k steps right now. Will do a 10min pace around my house post dinner for digestion and probably hit a 20 minute walk tonight. Probably hit 18k or so. Mostly light, don't feel overly tired post legs.

Week 16 Day 3 - Push Day

Back days continued to mostly be good outside 1st set of T Bar Rows. IDK if I just wasn't rested/recovered, but fuck felt heavy and could only get 8. Was able to do 9 on my 2nd set, then back to 8. Weird. IDK

Broke 20k Steps the last 4 days. Don't think I'll it it today. I'm at 14k and have an evening walk after dinner. Probably around 17,500

Week 16 - Day 5 🦵 day

Mostly good leg day. Stalling a bit on squats, but don't expect huge jumps after jump. Hoping to keep most of my strength progress post cycle. 9 more days :cry:

Feeling motivate tho. Ready to end this strong, health phase and continue to lean, then grow over the summer

Ugh. Found out I have to travel next week and then again the week after. The week after I was okay with bc I was going to hit up a sick bodybuilding gym in Tempe with a bunch of cool machines.

Now I have to fly to Detroit Sunday. Found some powerhouse gym that looks okay. Wasn't a Planet Fitness too close. Flying kills my diet, hopefully I can manage.
 
Week 16 Day 6 - Pull Day.

Cut the fuck out of my finger Friday night. Bled threw 2 bandaids lifting and putting pressure on it. Doesn't hurt, just bleeds like shit.

Good Pull. 2nd to last one of these. Probably keep this routine on my ULxPPL split. Will swap out Baysian curls. I'd just prefer something else. Might double up preacher curls in each workout. Feel better connection there.

18k steps. Had pizza and a cupcake at a birthday party for my son, but was still able to fit everything in my macros. Fats a lil high, but calories in line.

Now it's controlling and managing food when I don't have much control. 3 days 8-5, breakfast/lunch ordered then 3 dinners where I don't have much say. I've got extra protein (David Bars/Whey) and hopefully can manage.

Pro Tip: Don't pin rear delts before a pull session.

Wasn't paying attention/thinking. Was playing with pens this week thinking I could easily get them. got my gear ready then dove in. right as I got done, I was like fuck. Nothing crazy sore, but def uncomfortable at times
 
Going through security hits a little different with ICE all over the place. Was 50/50 on just checking my carry on, but said fuck it and rolled through.

Back Pack made it through with needles and my "test" vials nicely repackaged.

Got my sups and 65% of my food for the next 3 days. Got meals mapped out to hit 150p, 215c, 25f and then another 1300 left for whatever the catered Lunch will be each day and then dinner. Wish they'd just order Chipotle for lunch and dinner so I can make it easy lol

A little, nothing crazy. Grew up surfing and skating. My son scooters and skates a little (he's 6) and we go to the skate park together. I can drop in on most small features and will go 3/4 the way up 4-6' quarter pipes. I've stopped trying to do anything fancy after falling a few times and fucking up a wrist or elbow.

Too old for that shit lol
