A 3mL is about 25-30 sprays. You only use 2 sprays at a time. Spray on a pulse point such as wrist, inner elbows or on the neck where you take your pulse. Using finger, dab the wet cologne and massage into the opposite side you sprayed on. DO NOT OVER DO IT. More is not better.
