i read alot about dieting, some places its saying it doesnt matter how much carbs u consume, but the overall daily deficit matters.
alot of people also complain they look “flat”, have no energy, loose strength, consuming only 100-120g carbs daily, but im cutting and i never look flat, not loosing any strength and i feel well overall because i have enough carbs, and my kcals are 500 under maintenance.
some ppl say they consume 300-350g protein, but they weight around 85-95kg for example. even if somebody is 95kg, x 3g protein per kilogram thats 285g. still way too much than the references. so why dont just up the carbs and dont stay flat during cut, or theres any specific reason idk about it?
maybe when we go deep into a cut (for example 12-10%? 9-8/7%?)
whats the reason about that i cant understand, again, isnt the total daily and weekly calorie intake the thing that dictates if we loose or gain weight?
edit: just hopped in my head..
for example u cut on tren, but tren burns out your glyco bcs of his specific action, and makes ppl look flat, on the other side, he keeps muscle from loss very efficiently, so u dont need 300..400g protein, if u need 2,2-2,4g protein/kg, with tren u can go with 1,9-2g protein and keep all the muscle, so why dont consume little less protein and up alot more the carbs so dont stay flat and have better performance? bcs i read aswell some threads that ppl cut on tren and use very low carb diets. why?
