Whey protein kinda making me feel bloated lately. Anyone else?

No milk only water. Have been noticing some bloat i really dont like last couple months. Ive never been lactose intolerant or had this problem in the past.

Anyone else notice this? Switching to egg white protein help?
 
I would stay far away from egg protein powder. My toilet still hasn’t forgiven me, and it’s been a few years lol

Dymatize chocolate. Been using it for years.
I have used that. Went over to just a plain whey isolate no added ingredients fillers, artificial flavor or sweeteners etc. and that has worked belter for me. Doesn't taste as good but it only takes me maybe 10 seconds to down a shake anyway. I have used egg whites in my shakes with good results. If you are going to change a protein source or anything else switching over gradually can be better then just just all in over night.

Yessir. The peanut butter chocolate is shockingly good.

Solid idea on the gradual switch. The dymatize tasted good enough that i knew there had to be a bunch of bullshit in it.
 
Switch it up, see what happens , I got like 4 different brands and 10 different flavors to chose from.
 
Naturally flavored Rival whey. Best one for my stomach and cost is reasonable.

Dymatize is actually a really good iso, if you’ve used it for years then something within you changed. You’ll have to switch to something even more refined.

Thats good to hear about the dymatize being good. Shit tastes almost like yoohoo, which is delicious. So i assumed it had to be bad.
 
Orgain, Iso-pure (liquid and powder) and ratio protein/yogurt are a good replacement. If you truly want protein supplementation, look at the ingredient list. Sure, someone will say it doesn't matter the ingredients since we're taking toxic gear. Regardless, look for protein that have less than 3-4 processed ingredients.

Yes they’re good. I use it as well. Typically mix with cereal and water. If I’m not careful I’ll binge on the stuff lol iso pure like @TakeItEazy is really good as well but $$$$ I know the brand @Jbswole40 used to use is good as well and not super crazy price wise

Non fat greek yogurt unflavored with some Rival whey is my go to breakfast. Add banana and a bit of honey.
