If I wasn't sick and tired of pokes.. Id use it pre W/O for sure.
I just take it in powder form.
Possibly... do a quick google search... I know a lot of the Rejuvination clinics sell injectable Aminos/ Supps.Yeah mostly powders i was just wondering if either aide when someone is sick or if they help not to loose muscle, L-glut is supposed to help aid stress so i wondered

you can make yourself crazy with all the different shit they have. I believe a high quality hydro protein for post work out, a high end mixed whey for meal replacement/ during the day, a pre work out and creatine is all you need.So what are the mechanisms by which both L-glutamine and L-citrulline work?
Is L-glute better for helping muscles not to waist?
Is L-citrulline only good for muscle blood flow?
Do any of those help prevent sickness?
When and why do u incorporate both of these?
