Sled pushes, rowing intervals, ski erg, farmer carry, and bike sprints
I feel amazing after and training for life
That's more of the holistic approach for overall health and fitnessI lift on a traditional split but do a day of functional cardio
Back seems to be your stronger than other body parts. Hope pecs n hams are fine nowBack day is my favorite. It is the only body part I haven't injured in all my years of training. Pecs and hams Ive injured too many times.
Rest is important. It’s nice to get a break.That's actually the most important day
