New around here and couldnt be more fascinated by the topic!
Ive been lifting seriously for about two years, but - have gotten really INTO it.
I mainly started in order to loose my apperance of a chubby guy cutting from 217lb to around 145, this canged pretty much my whole life around - and got me really intrested in physiology and our body.
My current goal is to get bigger while gaining a minimum amount of fat (Really have a fobia of getting fat again).
stats:
Height: 6 ft
Weight: 162 aprox
Bodyfat: 10-11%
Age: 23
