Cool thanks man. Yea def gonna increase cardioThis might not be the answer that you want to hear, but one of the best things you can do is increase fiber, crank up your cardio some more and get your gut health regulated with pre and probiotics. Don't forget to eat more fruit that are antioxidants, or depending on your diet you can add some antioxidants.
But other than this, for some people they take a hit with the numbers, but don't stress it too much, people get more worried about it than they should.
You're going to take a cholesterol hit regardless. If it's a 4-6 week run, then just take some NAC. Keep it short.
1800 on oralsWhat dose do you typically start at for NAC?
Seems 600 is the standard “serving,” from what I’ve read, but wonder if it is typically or should be higher on cycle and when running an oral

I take tudca and nac when I take orals.Think of adding 25 mg var to my trt. I picked up a bottle of cycle support. My main worry is cholesterol levels. Any supps you recommend besides statins that you saw work?
Thanks for some citrus bergoamot and also got some liver support from evogen along with their multi and fish oil. Would that be good enough or should I pick up a complete cycle support supp25 mg of var is not that harsh. Citrus bergamot can help. A 6 to 8 week run should not wreck your levels if your diet is good and you'll bounce back after. Your hdl will likely take a small hit but I never really see my Ldl go up too much from var. Thats just me though.
1200-1800 As far away as possible after ingesting the varWhat dose do you typically start at for NAC?
