Hello to everyone,

Recently, I was diagnosed with secondary idiopathic hypogonadism which means that my testosterone level is 6 nmol/L or 170 ng/dL which is a level typical for 90-year-old men, and I am 36.

Unfortunately, I have a few other health issues, and one of them is Familial erythrocytes which means that I have a hematocrit of 0.52 even without taking testosterone and because of that my doctor told me he can't put me on TRT.

Usually, standard TRT therapy in the state where I live is testosterone undecanoate, so I would like to know from steroid experts on this forum: are there any steroids that have a smaller impact on RBC count than testosterone undecanoate would have? I read somewhere that Equipoise is neutral on RBC, but that thing is usually given to horses, so it's very unlikely that a doctor would prescribe that. Any suggestions are welcome!

I don't know if there is an answer. Best thing is probably to work with your doctor. You may end up with a TRT that gets you into mid-normal range, which would be a huge benefit for you I would guess. Nattokinase helps keep Hct down for some but I have no idea if that would work in your condition. As an aside, people living at altitude generally on average have Hct at 55-56%. So you might have a little room if your doc can help you figure it out.

im not sure which ones impact it the least, but anadrol and deca have impacted it the most for me

first study shows 5-6% increase in hct through increasing dht. second shows 7-10% by increasing test. in a brief read I didnt see any dosages listed though, but I think these were both therapeutic doses. So maybe something like mast or primo would be your best bet? I also personally havent noticed as high of an hct problem while blasting mast as I have blasting test.

Mast, yes

Primo, No

I`d rather have a normal test level of 7-800 and take any possible health issues rather than live and feel like a 90 year man! At that level, you donate regularly, take your iron supps, you will be fine.

Yeah, go donate blood and see your doc again.

Maybe you can get a script, have insurance pay for it and your labs.
