IMO from what you said go with the anadrol less toxic than suerdrol.

My all time favorite oral. Nothing like it. Unfortunately, because how toxic it is I only use it last two weeks of show prep for the finishing touches. If you are lean already it will turn you into a statue. Make sure to get it from a trusted source. Often faked with Winstrol.
