What is your favorite pump supplement?

I've tried powder glycerin and also some liquid stuff from RAW....I honestly can't tell if it does anything or if I'm just throwing money away.

128oz for $25 is at least tempting. You take an ounce in your PWO? Feel like it truly adds benefit?

The pump has seriously given me a new push lifting big time !!! But god dam , I almost throw up everytime I drink it !! If I mix it with preworkout it tastes even worse . I just mix it with a small amount of water and fight of puking and burping for the next 10 min

I make sure to get in at least 1g of salt in the meal before I train and at least half a gallon of water. That combined with whatever pre-workout is on sale at my supp shop always does the trick for me.

For me cialis daily ofcourse, i was using Glycerol from gorilla somthin for a while, @Bolan turned me on to it

I remember trying vegetable glycerin years ago and it just made me feel like shit. But judging from the comments here, I probably wasn’t drinking enough water with it so guess I’ll have to try it again.
