I have seen a few different posts about some weight loss supplements, just curious as to what everyone prefers, not something major just a little bit of weight cutting here and there, I've tried a few things like super HD and the best I remember I think it was skald maybe? Just curious if anyone has found anything that works good but not like anerexic type of look.

Like Clen? Lean like Var? Its really all diet. Sure things will help, but mainly calories in calories out. I'm sure you know that tho.

Absolutely agree with Seattlebeast here. Its all in what you eat my man. Yes you could take something to help but in the end if you eat like shit well you get the picture…

Appetite suppressants and thermogenics can be very valuable tools. Especially with problem eaters who either eat the wrong food or can’t control portion. I do like using the ECA stack for its incredible thermogenic action. There are a few worthwhile supplements for short term to help until you get your diet down.

Intermittent fasting imo is one of the most easy and successful ways to lose weight and bodyfat fast.

Also change your workout. Decrease weight used, do higher reps, and do less rest periods between sets.

Fat loss wise, one of my favorite products besides stimulants like t3, clen and ephedrine is 7 keto dhea. Its excellent. Has benefits like a thermo, minus the cardiovascular sides. I actually use this myself but I also use stims and my hgh script on top of it, in addition to intermittent fasting and the results are super super easy.

Also jack up your protein, lower your carbs and fats, eat only whole foods, meats and veggies. Cut sugars, starches, alcohol and any processed foods and you will cut weight and bodyfat so fast your head will spin.

Thanks guy, do you believe that you can still eat a decent amount t of calories say around 2000 maybe and still lose weight, as long as the food isn't real full of fat and sugar?

2000calories isn’t a lot of food. It doesn’t matter what you eat as long as you’re in a deficit. I can lose fat eating McDonald’s and candy bars. Food choice doesn’t matter when it comes to weight loss.

2000 isn’t much at all. I’m eating 3000 right now and feel totally drained because of the caloric deficit. Couldn’t imagine eating 2000 as active as I am.

That is around maintenance for a 200lb person, maybe a small deficit. (On the inactive side)

Definitely get good, clean foods and stay away from breads/pastas/rich sauces and make your food. Grill meats for 5 days - cook rice & potatoes, raw or cooked veges and only fresh fruits , raw nuts. First thing is to get to where you can do 60min of cardio (fat burn/interval)’7 days a week for 30 days w no cheating , then you can find your groove.

That wouldn’t be maintenance for me at 140lbs doing nothing, let alone 200.
also food choices have no bearing on weight loss besides making dieting harder than it needs to be

It definitely is for someone sedentary who has obesity . I have a 62 yrs old @ 5’4” 200lbs and his maintenance is 1870kcals and to lose 10lbs we had to keep him around 1600. Every individual is different due to their age/weight/bodyfat/environment and H&P. But what do I know ... , I just train people for most of my income...competing athletes to grandmas.

I'm around 180 and wanna stay around 165-170, I really just wanna lose some extra fat like around hips, biceps, and chest stuff like that ,the excess fat you know, would staying at low calories along with running and some other fat burning exercises help to lose it?

Bodyweight exercises and cardio (such as walk-sprints/bleacher runs/speedwalking) along with a good diet customized for you would definitely do it. Your not far off. There is such a thing as the skinny, fat guy. A lot of them actually ; my cousin is a rail but he is almost obese because of his beer and fatty food diet. Males tend to make their losses a bit faster. Seems you need a small consultation and you will be good to go. It isn’t cookie cutter stuff, the person that helps you needs a lot of info so you get some good muscle(LBM) and tone up. The last to go for men is usually Low abdomen to mid ab level.

In my opinion...

1.) prep all your meals and eat only what you prep including snacks (prep clean and stay around 2000-2500 kcals ) only deviate at special events (like bdays, etc..) and drop all alcohol and sugary drinks. 1 gal of h2o everyday.
2.) lift moderate to heavy (8-12 rep scheme; progressive overload style)
3.) circuit train if you can using super sets; keep your heart rate fairly elevated the entire 40-60 min duration of your lifting sessions... a 5 day bro split will work well for this.
4.) do fasted cardio in the am, every am, for at least 30min.
5.) do what you have to in order to stay consistent; consistency trumps everything!

Do this and come back in a month. Lol

just a suggestion...

I drink a lot of coffee.... so I’ve never had much luck with fat burners and thermogenic supps. They usually make me feel clammy and shitty.

For mild weight loss, many people find that simple supplements like green tea extract, caffeine, or L-carnitine can give a small boost when paired with a good diet and exercise. It’s best to avoid extreme fat burners or anything that causes harsh side effects. Consistency with nutrition and activity usually makes the biggest difference.

Sometimes you have to look at the dates on threads, this one is from 2021 and I bet that guy is fat as fuck today. He didn't stick around long.

I’ve had similar goals—just trimming down a bit without going overboard. I’ve had good results with a mix of clean diet, daily cardio, and lighter supplements like green tea extract or L-carnitine. They give a nice boost without the crash. I tried Super HD too—solid energy, but diet consistency made the biggest difference overall.

I do love me a good EC Stack but I haven’t ran one in quite a while. After joining this board, I took the time to really figure out what my average amount of maintenance calories were and started eating at a 500 cal deficit. A cheap food scale from Amazon… I think mine cost about 10 bucks… is super helpful.

I also keep an eye on the fitness app on my iPhone that between it and my watch will give me a ballpark on calories burned for the day. I can’t speak to it’s accuracy, but I will say that the amount it shows is pretty close to what the online calculators give me for my maintenance amount.
