UPDATE 12/23: 6/8 Weeks Post Cycle Complete.
Six weeks out of test/deca cycle, taking BCP/TB for rotator tear.
First number below is pre test/deca cycle, second number is immediately post cycle, the third number is today.
-----------------------------------------------------
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 236 --> 258 --> 248
Shoulder width: 26.25" --> 29.25" --> 29.00"
Chest: 52.25" --> 54" --> 53.75"
L Bicep: 17.25" --> 18.25" --> 18.25"
R Bicep: 17" --> 18.25" --> 18.125"
L Thigh: 26" --> 27.5" --> 27.50"
R Thigh: 26.5" --> 28.0" --> 28.0"
Waist (at belt level): 38" --> 39" --> 38.25"
Waist (at narrowest point): 36.75" --> 37.5" --> 37.25"
Weight is down a little, but it was on purpose. I decided I still need to take an edge off the fat and starved all week (body dysmorphia is 'fun'). All cycle gains holding strong. At this point, 6 weeks out, I can't image anything changing more. Even taking a couple more pounds of fat off changed almost nothing. As of today, I'm calling it official, 12+ pounds of actual muscle gained in 11 weeks of the test/deca cycle. It's probably a little more than 12, because 12 is the actual number on the scale but I'm leaner than when I started. To be conservative, I'm calling it 12 lbs of pure muscle officially.
The big news... Shoulder surgery cancelled! I have been on BPC/TB for 7 weeks and most of the pain is gone. I can still feel it with extreme lifts for certain movements, I still can't do dips at all, but all the pain is gone for day-to-day activities and there is only some pain with harsh movements like hitting a heavy bag or incline dumbbell presses over 80lbs. I had a second MRI 3 days ago, and the results were not as good as I hoped, but interesting. Inflammation is down between 50% and 80% (where most of the pain comes from). The tear itself is the same length, but is narrower. Dr says that is likely due to reduced inflammation not actual healing, but he also said he's never seen anyone get this level of pain reduction and certainly never seen anyone actually get bigger and leaner with a rotar cuff tear
so he's not willing to say the is no healing at all. With that said, he said if the pain is manageable and I can do most things I want to do, there is nothing wrong with taking a pain management approach and seeing how it goes. Apparently, over 50% of people with rotator cuff tears don't even know that have them, so as long as you can manage the pain, surgery can be avoided until the tear gets bigger and/or the pain comes back and can't be controlled. So, I ordered more BPC/TB, got strong anti-inflammatories, will ice daily, and go from there.
I don't know I'd call BPC/TB a "wonder drug," but I know this, Pre BPC/TB I couldn't pour a gallon of milk or sleep on my right side without extreme pain. Post BPC/TB I can do most things without pain, and sometimes I forget the injury is there. It is there, and when I forget and throw a hard hook punch on the heavy bag, I'm reminded, but for the amount of pain reduced, I'm not putting myself through surgery right now. I'll do another BPC/TB cycle, train smart, and keep going. If it gets worse, I'll go back to the Dr. and reschedule surgery.
Unless something goes wrong, next cycle of test / tren starting January 29th.

Either way, good luck, and hope it's awesome.
