Okay, I tried the Hoist Pec Deck Fly and it was 5/10. Interesting contraction, but prefer regular flies. I think they have a lat pull down that everyone likes, will that today
Flew for 16hrs, 7hrs timezone difference. Think I got 3-4 hours of plane sleep. Landed around 1pm, got checked in and headed to the gym, grocery store, then dinner.

Got 16k steps. 2mi back and forth from the gym helps.

Been a while since I've done a straight pull day. Felt solid, good pump into those muscles.
Chest Press
Incline Press
Dips
Shoulder Press
Flies
Lateral Raises
Single Arm Tri Push Down
Ab Crunches.
Got to use a few pieces that I haven't used before. Usually don't like NewTech, but their Converging Flat press felt really good (light). I used a Cybex Incline, but will probably use the NewTech Incline later this week.
NewTech Flat bench. Was light, but felt really good. Did 3pps+25
Might be the first cybex I wasn't in love with. Was Okay.
They had a cybex shoulder press that was similar to the above, but went with this NewTech Shoulder and it felt great.
Hoist Pec Fly. Tried it over the Pec Dec b/c I probably will not see it often. IDK why your body has to move. Was okay.
Gymelco equipment is always solid. This is probably near the top ofr the lateral raise machines I've used. Felt so smooth and secure. Everyone love the Icarian, but it didn't fit me. The Atlantis seated, Strive Lateral Raise, and this are probably all tied for top 3
If I can find space and get funding for a bodybuilding facility...I'll have some Gymelco pieces.
