Quick background. I've had shortness of breath for a couple years now. Doctors don't know why and I had a lot of testing done, but no answers.
My cardio consists of a slow 2.5mph walk, where I used to be able to do 4mph easily.
Even my training was more difficult. I'd do a set and get pretty winded. Workouts were usually 45 minutes and I'd oftentimes have to sit down and catch my breath before I walked out to my car.

So I ordered warp speed hoping it would help. Arrived yesterday. Took 1 cap today. I don't know if it's placebo, but I had the best workout I've had in over 2 years. I had no shortness of breath or any difficulty breathing. I felt like I had endless energy and ended up working out for 2 hours.
I was so amazed I asked Grok if it's normal to feel effects so soon and it said increased stamina from day 1.

I'm going to only use 1 cap a day for 60 days. I'm using it for the obvious increase in in endurance, but also to see if it'll help me get leaner.
I'm going to document with weekly pictures if I'm seeing increased fat loss.
All other factors are going to stay the same. I'm on 180mg test cyp for my TRT and 3 units GH.

I just had rotator cuff surgery and repair of a torn bicep, so I'm only training legs and the left side of my upper body.

Pics from this morning below.

Day 2

Absolutely mind fucked right now lol.

Pre warpspeed: Treadmill 2.5mph with 1 on the incline

2 days on warpspeed: 3.5mph with a 3.5 incline

I felt fucking amazing while doing the treadmill this morning. I literally felt like I could have kept going and going, upping the incline and upping the speed. Only reason I stopped was I had to get home to make sure my kid was awake. Nothing felt difficult, I had zero shortness of breath, whereas normally I have to purslip breathe to catch my breath, none of that.

I wish there was some way I could explain how I feel. Imagine not being able to do something and feeling miserable while doing it and just wishing it was done and over with for 2 years. Then you take a couple pills and you not only feel normal, but feel better than normal.

I've taken so many things where I've expected to feel something and feel absolutely nothing. This is the first time I've actually taken something and it feels like a game changer. This completely turned my life around. That may sound like an exaggeration, but to go from where I was to where I am now is night and day.

This is one of those things where I am going to be so disappointed when I have to stop. If there weren't risks involved, I would take this for the rest of my life.

It works even better imo with 1-2g of creatine hcl at the same time!! Endurance for days.

Happy you are feeling it. I live on this stuff.

Day 4:

Intensity of my cardio has remained higher and I'm able to go much longer.
Today was a leg day. Legs always give me trouble, making me short of breath and light headed.
The SOB was much better and I onlyl felt it a little bit. I didn't expect any improvement in my dizziness, as that's not something this product would help, just something I suffer from.

Day 6: Did the stair climber today x 15 minutes. I haven't been able to do 2 for a couple of years now. It was only 15 minutes, but compared to 0 minutes before, I'll take it.

I have leaned up as well. Will update pic tomorrow on day 7.

1 pill a day with the results I'm seeing makes me wonder how 2 would work. Maybe at the 30 day mark, I'll use the last 30 caps at 2 a day. That would be a total of 45 days for the bottle.

Update: went to the ER on Monday. Knew I had a GI bleed, both because I work in a hospital and have taken care of GI bleed patients, but I've also got a history of a pretty bad GI bleed.

Started with a couple symptoms, then the tell tale sign came. I just got discharged yesterday, had to have a vessel clipped in my stomach and have a blood transfusion.

Today, woke up and felt a little off, but I took the warp speed and was still able to do an hour of cardio this morning and an upper body workout this afternoon.

Day 13 (I think)

So, today was even more mind blowing then when I first started. I had some insomnia last night. Got up around 130 and just sat and scrolled my phone.
At 4am decided I would go walk a couple miles and get some fasted cardio in. Well, 2 miles felt like absolutely nothing. Ended up walking almost 12 miles. I felt so good that I just decided to see how far I could go. Even when I finished I didn't feel overly tired.

Ended up almost 4 hours. Average speed was around 3mph

This is the greatest ad for warp speed ever.

Thank you for doing this.

I love warp speed...I mix mine w 2g creatine hcl and it's even better
I was going to run 1 cap a day for 60 days, but at day 30 I'm going to start 2 caps a day and finish out the bottle for 45 days total.
I do take creatine as well. I also watched a vigorous Steve video and he talked about cardarine depleting L-carnatine stores in the body. I've been supplementing with 3g of that as well.

That's a to die for combo

Warp speed, carnitine and creatine hcl.

I should have that made in a single product...that would be 🔥🔥

Pricy but worth it.

I like to split them personally but I have also taken 2 caps an hour before a workout and its legit LOL.

Ty for keeping this going, looking good sir!!

How old are you if you dont mind me asking. I am 47 and I feel like you're in my age range? Your physique looks amazing for any age. Good work.

That's a crazy difference in your treadmill workout after just two days! Sounds like it's really making a difference for you. I'm definitely following this to see how it goes, especially with the fat loss documentation. Keep us updated!

I'm 49.
I'll split them and see how that goes.
I'll keep this going until I run out of caps. Should be about another 3 weeks at 2 caps a day.

Does your RBC count tend to run high? I have secondary polycythemia from testosterone irrelevant of dose which elevates my RBC (worse on higher doses) and I have to donate to keep it in control. It can definitely contribute to shortness of breath since they provide oxygen to our body/muscles, if I run higher doses then the closer I get to my blood donations date the easier out of breath I become. After I donate I typically feel amazing, got one scheduled Friday and I can tell my RBC is out of wack. If it continues to stay high the red blood cells will lose its natural shape and become less effective which is measured in our Red Cell Distribution Width of RDWab test. When that happens I find a double red donation to be far more effective to get in control.
Anyways, great work!
Following along, I'll have to look into this product!

I looked back on all my blood work since last March and my RBC's have never been out of range.
I've have a cardiologist and pulmonologist that have been trying to figure out where it comes from, but at this point, they haven't found anything.
I have 2 small pulmonary AVM's, but they haven't seen anything to indicate they would be the problem.
I've done a cardiopulmonary stress test as well with nothing noted.
My cardiologist was talking about something along the lines of diastolic dysfunction or something like that. They are considering doing some more tests soon.

Sounds good, appreciate you keeping up with the log! It's interesting to hear about the different ways people are using Warp Speed and the results they're getting. Looking forward to seeing your progress as well.

Been cutting back on cardio as I felt like I was overdoing it. Bumping up my calories by a few hundred to get some energy back.
Warp speed is still doing its thing. Trained legs today and hit a wall with my breathing. Normally I'd be done at that point, but it only took a few minutes to get back and I pushed through another 2 exercises.

So, I'm going to end this as of today.

Since my GI bleed Thanksgiving week, I've been feeling more fatigued , tired, and dizzy everyday. I had labs done today and my hemoglobin had only come up by a point. Is 9 4. My iron is really low too.
I didn't want to do a disservice to warp speed if I'm not actually healthy enough to use it to it's full potential.
Overall, this really was a game changer for me. Would definitely recommend as 10/10 product.
It made me feel normal again, at least before all of this happened.

Possible iron infusion. They're just going to let the hemoglobin return on its own. At the rate it's going it'll probably be a couple months before that's back to normal.
I'll have to go in for another endoscopy in about 6 weeks just to take a look at the ulcer since they started me on a PPI.

I appreciate you putting out such a great product. I look forward to being able to start it again.
