Age and wear and tear definatly play role in how I train..
59 now I certainly am more conscious of what my body is telling me day in and day out.
Some days I feel stronger than others,still don't load up for 1/3 rep shit..lol
Older I've become it's more reps,who cares what the weight is..
Also upping cardio..this is a biggie I feel for us older cats!
Bp,glucose,etc all are better with it.
For me anyways.
Drugs,alcohol,smoking packs a day,etc,etc
Just nit giving a fuck!!
Now at 59 I give a fuck!! Lol
Point being my goals have now are longevity,practical strengths,wind,health and happiness.
I incorporate breathing,balance,stretching,Chinese shit..
Not sure waht it's called..lol
