Very high HCT - now what

As long as BP is under stroke range you are good to go.
So I am somewhat in agreement. My BP has reamined perfect at 110/70 or below. However, once I hit an HCT of 56 or 57 I get symptomatic with headaches, tinnitus, itchy skin. I'm not inclined to ignore those sides, and they are uncomfortable. I"m just trying to find a balance and am not interested in regularly having to recover from the drugs I'm taking. I'm just looking to keep weakness and ugly at bay as long as I can.
