Low as in 1mg? That's how I was going to start the 1st month at then up the dose to 2mg on the 2nd month then stop for a month.

Also I am only pinning 5 days a week.

Do you do your injects of this peptide pre bed? From what I've read they say take it before bed. I dunno... Like I said there's so many different opinions on the stuff its hard to decipher what protocol to actually use.

I recently did 1mg BPC/tb/kpv, 5mg ghk-cu for 10 days (one vial) post surgery. Diluted in 3ml and it stung like a bee. Now diluted next vial in 6ml and doing 1/3mg BPC etc (1/3 prev dose) and it’s much less irritating. Had to take into a larger vial but worth it to not wake up wondering what just stung me lol. Going to finish this second vial (~30 days) and take a break

Yeah the sting exactly as you guessed means you gotta dilute the GHK-cu

Im not sure, I don’t think the effects are that troublesome.

I specifically remember Vig Steve saying to stick with a 10:1 ratio of zinc to copper. So if you’re pinning 2mg GHKCu, you should be taking a minimum of 20mg zinc orally/day. The reason was something about them both competing for the same absorption pathway, so taking ghkcu could blunt absorption of dietary zinc leading to a deficiency unless supplemented blah blah blah

I definitely got a little sting the first week of injections but after that it just went away. I have never once had pip though with any anaboilcs etc so maybe my body is weird lol.

So what does it do far as estrogen? Still trying to get that answer i heard long ago it tanked your estrogen from lowering testosterone. Still like to see bloods on trt before and after starting yk or rad injectable

Look up YK 11 and there are plenty of threads with bloodwork etc, including mine.
