Unprofessional. Poor communication.

I placed one order with this company and it was a terrible experience. Never again.

*website says they take credit cards. They did not take credit cards.

*took several weeks before I was given a USPS tracking number

*seller did not pay appropriate postage and USPS held the package

*seller told me this was because of the Chinese new year

*seller asked me to pay the postage

*USPS said I only the shipper can pay the postage

*seller asked me to try again.

*seller finally agrees to call USPS

*seller says they’ll reship the package and provide a tracking number.

*that was a week ago and the seller has stopped responding to my emails and has not provided a tracking number.
