Unacceptable experience with ASK

I agree with @REHH , probably some sort of language barrier. I deal with tool makers in Germany and Italy, their terminology is different from our terminology, especially dealing with engineers. Communication can be somewhat difficult at times is all im saying. Secondly, what where you expecting dealing with a source outta China, shipping will be a month or more, to me the price point still doesnt out way supplier. UNLESS, its a well established overseas source(there's a few of them here). Hopefully you get a good response. Good luck!

There were a lot of orders during the Spring Festival,when he placed the order, the items were available, but by the time we shipped, they were gone. I am still willing to process his refund and also cover the shipping cost for this order. I feel I’ve done my best under the circumstances. What do you think?

I’ll post if they decide to take any further action. For me personally I’m considering the whole thing a wash but I’ll keep everyone informed.

Had similar experience with another overseas sponsor here, after payment is completed I was told that peptide is OOS :) They shipped the peptide after 2 months. If you buy overseas peptide expect to wait at least a month or two, that has been my experience.
I promise it won’t be anything like that. I’ve been actively working throughout the process and providing compensation where needed.
 
100%, they have a huge price advantage to dominate the peptide market thus I have hard time understanding why do not handle shipping details and delivery commitments tighter. I have done business with 3 overseas suppliers and they communicate and operate similarly which makes me feel it is a cultural thing - sugarcoat everything until purchase is complete

My thing is if you paid for it and it's out of stock they either need to give you your money back or send you your missing item when it comes back in it should not be a deal of we'll send it on your next order that's bullshit
I have already issued the refund and provided compensation. In fact, we always welcome honest reviews, whether positive or negative, as they help us improve.

Your order was shipped on February 26th. Usually it takes around 15 days, so it should be arriving soon. Please be patient a little longer.
 
That's messed up. Because if you placed the order before they send the Address for payment wouldn't it be an intelligent idea to check their dang inventory?
Yes, that’s right. During the holiday period we got a lot of orders. A lot of items were in stock when people placed their orders, but by the time we were shipping them, some just happened to be out of stock. We only realized it afterward.
 
Seems to be a very common thing with sources over there, one of the reasons I don't mess with em. They know it's out of stock and only thing they care about is the money. Shit, placed an order with my source a week or two ago and I ordered Proviron and it was oos but not updated on the site. Emailed him, there's 3xs what I ordered otw now. That's what a Solid source does for his clients when the mistake is on them. All these sources out of China lately are a joke and this here is just more proof of it.
You can also leave an honest review on their forum
it helps them improve.
 
There’s most likely just a language barrier problem. Did they explicitly tell you they will not ship the rest of your order unless you purchased more product with a new order? I doubt it.

The shipping has been slow and lots of stuff out of stock on and off, that’s how it is now for everyone.
Of course not. My response to him has been:
1.Refund for the out of stock items
2.Compensation for shipping costs,
3.We are working on improving our processes
 
Also keep in mind that you posted this in their subforum where asklabs has moderation power to delete posts and threads. I can see everything they delete.
And have they deleted anything that may be relevant?
