Decided to roll the dice with these guys about a week ago. Today I was informed that multiple items I ordered were out of stock (items that were paid for mind you) but they would be happy to reserve them for my next order. Obviously there will be no next order. No word of a refund. Looks like I got burned. I'd advise everyone to stay well clear of these guys.

Had similar experience with another overseas sponsor here, after payment is completed I was told that peptide is OOS :) They shipped the peptide after 2 months. If you buy overseas peptide expect to wait at least a month or two, that has been my experience.

100%, they have a huge price advantage to dominate the peptide market thus I have hard time understanding why do not handle shipping details and delivery commitments tighter. I have done business with 3 overseas suppliers and they communicate and operate similarly which makes me feel it is a cultural thing - sugarcoat everything until purchase is complete

It's just so insanely disrespectful to assume anyone would order from them again after a fuck up of this magnitude.
 
Do they ship freight them 🚢 that’s why it takes forever ???I’m patiently waiting for mine I got tracking number but it hasn’t updated in ten days 🥴
 
That's messed up. Because if you placed the order before they send the Address for payment wouldn't it be an intelligent idea to check their dang inventory?

I know nothing about International shipping, but it probably is coming by ship, not plane and won’t update till it hits the States.
 
when ordering from China, for me, I anticipate around about a month transport time and if it comes any time before then it's a bonus. same for orders from DHGate and the like.
 
Seems to be a very common thing with sources over there, one of the reasons I don't mess with em. They know it's out of stock and only thing they care about is the money. Shit, placed an order with my source a week or two ago and I ordered Proviron and it was oos but not updated on the site. Emailed him, there's 3xs what I ordered otw now. That's what a Solid source does for his clients when the mistake is on them. All these sources out of China lately are a joke and this here is just more proof of it.

There’s most likely just a language barrier problem. Did they explicitly tell you they will not ship the rest of your order unless you purchased more product with a new order? I doubt it.

The shipping has been slow and lots of stuff out of stock on and off, that’s how it is now for everyone.

They did not explicitly explain how they were going to rectify their mistake, as is incumbent upon them.

I don’t care about long shipping times or things being out of stock or any of that. We all know that’s part of the game here. I have an issue with them taking money and not verifying their stock, waiting over a week to inform me of this and them having the balls to just assume I will continue to use them in the future.

I consider the entire order lost at this point. I’m just posting here to warn others.

Yes they should have informed you of whether the products were in stock or not before you paid, then you could have decided not to order.

You have to consider that they’re probably just a reseller out of China who doesn’t actually carry any stock at all, most of these sources just take in orders then they place drop ship orders from the manufacturer or wholesalers who then just drop ship to you. Thats why a lot of them use the same shipping agent and it’s shipped from the same location.
 
Yeaa seems like their the middle man just placing and shipping the orders

Nothing new, most if not all Chinese sources do it to some degree; Some will carry some stock in a few items but most stuff gets dropped shipped. You have look at all the different things they sell and realize they’re made at mostly different locations. One lab is setup just to make hgh and another may only make hcg. Sometimes it’s a huge process to change the lab to make a different compound so certain labs specialize in making only a few things
 
Also keep in mind that you posted this in their subforum where asklabs has moderation power to delete posts and threads. I can see everything they delete.

I mean this as respectfully as possible but I’m not interested in the logistics of their business. Not being aware of what’s available for over a week and taking payment for things you may or may not have is completely unacceptable.

Wouldn’t be shocked if they deleted this thread. Good news is bad news travels fast around here and I’d imagine a decent number of users here have seen this. If it is deleted I would post my experience elsewhere on the board, rules permitting.

I’ll post if they decide to take any further action. For me personally I’m considering the whole thing a wash but I’ll keep everyone informed.
