Ultra Processed Food Study

One guy at work, he is Cuban, said that we eat different food. Lol I told him food is food. Just track it.
yea they all have excuses. my buddy that i was helping, bless his heart, but they are very ill informed.
dude is a black belt bjj, awesome amazing guy, one of the best people I know on earth, kills it in the gym on and off the mats, but
tells me I dont eat that much lol.

bro write it all down on a note pad everything you ate and bring it to me.
100% sauces, and oil and stuff I know it but he just looks at me like im hiding something lol.
like come on bro tell me the truth.

he sees me with my packed food, and everybody (all the wrestling bjj families) see me with my packed food, lunchboxes, and cooler on trips.
I never eat what they eat but somehow they think theres something else going on thats doing it lol.

and yea the steroids help me keep muscle in a cut, and in a growth phase put on more muscle, but the secret sauce is religiously tracking my food and every single thing i eat.

That is terrible. :) Almost all lean meats and carbs have macros listed on them.

Bioavailability of protein is real.

Protein bars are supplement when no food is available.
the protein isn’t as much as the proteins in Whole Foods?

No. Look at the ingredients. Also, a lot of the carbs from bars are from sugar alcohols, filled with unneeded fats and fiber.

Word of friendly advice. You want to get serious. Eat food. Too many reasons to list. You're asking about supplements and gh on the board and haven't come close to nailing in your nutrition. Priorities.
