UGL or Online Clinic? New TRT

SB Labs
The places i was talking about are all inclusive for the basic stuff. But yes i have heard about the ones you mentioned.

Can you link me to those? Even with that, still $1,200 a year assuming labs are included all year without insurance.

Hey all,

I’ve been on the forum in the past years, but had a long absence thanks to life. Anyway, long story short: I’m trying to make the decision on if going with a UGL or online clinic is going to be the best option to start TRT. I haven’t had new labs ran in a few years, but my labs as of 2022 showed somewhere in the low 400 for total T, so I’m positive that’s much lower now today. I feel it physically, and even some mentally now days. I’ll be 36 this year, with 3 kids. No concern about fertility.

I’ve called some local men’s clinics and got some pricing which was absurd, looked at some online clinics which are slightly less absurd. So now there’s UGL. I’m weighing my pros and cons here on UGL vs. online clinic. Biggest con so far being the cost of clinic compared to UGL. I don’t have insurance currently so that makes things a little more difficult.

Any advice or experience greatly appreciated.

UGL at home, I have prescription from doctor for 100mg in grapeseed oil - I still prefer Dutch test C 250mg in MCT. For blood test, good labs is very reasonable. Customize the blood test for your needs as often as you need it.

Find an integrative Dr in your area. Most are really up on the latest HRT protocols for men and women and they accept insurance. So you won’t have to pay ridiculous monthly subscriptions and you’ll get your test from a local pharmacy. As already stated a lot of the online clinics are a rip off.

Plenty of good answers but I’ll throw my 2 cents in.

UGL unless your insurance covers everything. Mine does so I have my script and do labs every 6 months with the doc. I’ll run my own labs when needed. I also don’t care for the Pharma Test. I just stash it away and continue with the UGL. Pharma Test makes me break out on my face.

I keep a script to travel with mainly.

I use both as well. Again mainly for travel and it’s really not to much more (150 every three months and 55 for 3 months of Test C)

My primary doc prescribes my test so no specialist extras or clinics. Insurance covers all of that.
My very first 6wk script cost me $25 then my second 10wk script cost me $50. I called my insurance and they said it’s covered as along as the doc does a prior authorization. Since then I get my scripts in 10wk increments for $0.
It’s definitely nice to have when out of town. My job takes me out of town often and then trips so it’s definitely a plus to have to minimize any issues with TSA or LE.

I wonder if you are allergic to the oil that the compounding pharmacy is using for your script?

I used to go with Viking, they would charge me $390 with HCG and I left because I thought it was too much. Heck, HCG from them was $150. IF you purchased without HCG, then test was $265. So cheaper if you buy with HCG.

Went to TRT nation as they said they were cheaper and said they had deca and Anavar and peptides. They turned out to be not so cheap as they wanted $125 to just get a requisition for blood work.

Then went to Matrix Reformed, they were a little cheaper but then raised their prices. They will email me a requisition for blood work and my insurance pays for it.

What I have noticed is this. Each time I place an order with these clinics, I could do UGL and get test, mast, some anavar for all the same price or even cheaper.

I have been told that Vita bella is affordable, Peter MD, Talon HRT, but most of these clinics all have processing fees, and different charges for their providers. Some of the providers know what they are doing and some I think I know more.

Other benefits of the fantastic labs here is you can get what you want. Some of the HRT clinics can't send certain types of hormones to certain states. I had to get an approval to switch from Cyp to Enanthate and see if it was legal in my state. I think that is so stupid. They told me some states won't allow compounded HCG or Anavar or Deca. It has to be approved in that state then you can get it. So UGL has flexibility to give you what you want.

They’re all windmill-style TRT clinics, throw Marek and Core into the mix as well.

Yeah idk but I’ve used other CSO based products with no problem. In fact the UGL I use for my TRT is made with CSO and no problems with the UGL brand compared to the script. I don’t understand it?

I’m with Tallon wellness they charge by the vial not the month there cost per vial is $80(yes I know it’s a lot cheaper ULG) and they alow you to order 2 vials at a time. To get your first presets a $75 consultation fee for the PA. To get a new script after you uses the 2 vials you need a new consultation. I get my own labs but they offer them for $169. I have stocked some UGL and pharma test so I probably won’t use them again for a bit.

I use hellogoodlabs for labs as there prosthetic cheapest. My last labs with 60+ biomarkers is about $120 there total T, free T and bioavailabile T test is $22 before 20% off there CBC panel is $5 and
CMP is $4

Here’s a referral code for 20% off

I use talon along with ugl, they are pretty easy to work with.

Main problem with Clinics or a Dr.
They won't let you go up on the dose..
A lot of them don't educate you on Estrogen Control or work with you..
Too many friends are pissed, now yhey have to drop the clinic or Dr. to start feeling better..
Sadly most don't know shit about TRT..
UGL all the way..
Z

They might if you can prove you are feeling terrible. Plus, miss a shot, go get bloods and you will be in trough. They will see that and listen to you when you request an increase. It's all BS that you would have to trick them into a higher dose. Some of the clinics don't really care though, they'll do it as long as you pay for it. @GhostReaper, agree though, UGL all day and learn how to read your blood work.

The two big problems..
Controlling Estrogen..properly..
Knowing what those numbers mean on Bloodwork..

Renew vitality has to be the most money, I’m with them and I have to pay for my own labs.

The consult is $400 and includes 1 year of service under the doctors care. He will customize a program to fit your needs and goals. We offer 3-6 months programs and the 6 month supply is $1375 with all meds and supplies included. The 3 month plan is $750.

That price is terrible

I found a local Naturopath years ago. He prescribes compounded Test C, it's $114 a month and includes the visits. Blood work is separate. I like to have the prescription for when I travel. I also use UGL Test C (SB Labs) so that I have plenty on hand if I want to blast. Dr. draws bloods twice a year, so I just make sure I am on cruise those times. If you really need online, I started with TRT Kingdom. they worked well, will even prescribe Anavar (used them my first go) and they have Deca as well.
