It’s still illegal federally and the feds don’t get that tax money.
Interestingly enough, Florida, Trumps legal residency, is one of the few states like Texas where it’s still 100% illegal.

What IS good about this executive order is it puts it in a category that can legit be prescribed and refilled. This is helpful to the cannabis industry and legitimizes their business for banking, kinda.

I’m in florida and they tried to pass a recreational law last year or the year before , I think like 56% of the state voted yes. Unfortunately it needed 60% to pass which is kinda ridiculous since anything over 51% should be considered a majority
