I’ve been on TRT for a couple of years now: ~160 mg/week Test Cyp, along with HCG at 1,000 IU/week. Total T generally sits between ~850–1050 ng/dL. E2 runs a bit high at times, but I feel fine overall. I’ve tried DIM in the past and felt awful on it, so I discontinued. For this blast, I may reintroduce very low-dose Aromasin if needed, but I plan to wait on bloodwork before making any changes.
All other biomarkers look solid, with the exception of elevated reverse T3, which I’ll be addressing with a small dose of T3 prescribed by my PCP.
Diet and nutrition are locked in: consistent caloric surplus with adequate carbs and protein. I’m running a half-clean / half-dirty bulk approach that’s been sustainable for me.
Training is 5 days per week, occasionally 4/6 depending on kids and life logistics.

Sustanon: 300 mg/week (EOD)
NPP: 150 mg/week (EOD)

Goal: Maintain gains, tighten up composition, increase muscle density, and stabilize new strength.

What are your thoughts on the Test:NPP dose ratio and the transition to Primo in the second phase of the cycle?

None of my pants fit like they use to. I was down to a 28 from a 33, not on purpose. I’m slowly getting back up there. But for me, it’s just part of my old physique that I want back. I know when I hit that 33, I will have hit the mass goal I’m looking for.
