Need some ideas, my triceps are lagging. I have golfers elbow which is manageable but I have bilateral elbow pain in the posterior portion which is really restricting me. I can do close grip bench, dips, and kick backs. That's about it. Any ideas as to what others I can try. Pull downs, overhead cable movements all seriously hurt
 
Lighten the weight and pump the hell out of it. Saw a Rich P. Video he said 100 reps. Definitely packing some mass on for me. Overhead extensions 15 lbs...
If your able with lighter weights without pain?
Go for it..
Also can ya do pushups?
Reverse grip pull downs/straight or ez bar...
Have ya considered adding a pep to heal?

I can do push-ups yeah I can do cables if I go really light. I actually do have cjc 1295 and bpc 157. It's impossible to get in the elbow area by myself though, I need to squeeze the skin, dont wanna go in a nerve or tendon. How does bpc work systemically, can I use sub q in belly or does it work better near site of injury? I know tb500 you need as close as you can to the site
