Prob wanna get bloodwork and see where your prolactin is.Currently running 300mg of tren E and got one nipple with soreness (not bad but noticeable) and a very tiny lump feels like it’s forming is vitamin b6 worth trying to combat this? Or should I go ahead and get caber? Also i take arimidex weekly

P5P only works as a a preventive measure, meaning you have to start it before or when you start the 19nor. It will not lower prolactin directly it only helps keep the level stable. So if you already have prolactin induced gyno symptoms caber is your answer.Currently running 300mg of tren E and got one nipple with soreness (not bad but noticeable) and a very tiny lump feels like it’s forming is vitamin b6 worth trying to combat this? Or should I go ahead and get caber? Also i take arimidex weekly

What else are you running?
I pushed my test a little too high and had some soreness. Started taking 20 mg Nolvadex a day and it went away in a couple days.
Low dose caber and checking bloods is critical, but it may not be high prolactin.
Are you lactating?
