Training arms only

people say all kinds of bullshit and make videos. ITs all for the view counts. Sad thing is, you get the few people that want to look like they workout but don't want to put in the work. Simple solution right here. Just train arms. 3 times a week
 
8 Years on gear and you're going to be noticeably big everywhere. Especially traps and shoulders as those get hit constantly in basic tasks like moving groceries and such. It's why a dude who trains twice a month maybe still is much much more muscular than a woman.

The biggest reason why I believe this guy is because his chest is noticeably small and unimpressive. It really is hard to get a big chest without actual loaded chest pressing exercises. It's why the early body builders of the 1910s and those ancient statues always had men with relatively flat chests compared to the rest of the physique which had strong arms and shoulders.

It's Also why TRT boomers who do random shit in the gym can still get big if they just eat enough and lift semi-consistently for years. Optimal training just gets you to your "set-point" given an anabolic load quicker.
