For me it's sugar free jello. 60 calories and 0 carbs for the whole bowl. Fixes the sweet tooth while being macro friendly. Also what helps me when dieting loading up on water before each meal, it makes a huge difference for me. What are your top diet hacks.

Share your methods please sir. I switched from overnight oats to Greek yogurt bowls because of a lack of volume for the calories
Overnight oats

45g Quick oats
50g of GOOD flavored Protein (I roll with Ryse, Ghost)
5g Psyllium husk (secret to the volume)
5-10g Stevia
Sea Salt
675ml water

Stir to combine everything - Microwave for 5-6 min in HUGE bowl. Refrigerate. Add whatever topping you want in the morning such as frozen blueberries, cereal, whatever you want.

About 1.5 -2lbs of volume

Ryse cinnamon toast makes everything better!!!

Homemade fermented dairy keeps me full, is protein dense, and contains my cravings.
Kefir, kefir ice cream (with protein powder), kefir soda, L-reuteri yogurt, Skyr yogurt, cultured cabbage.

Keeping the gut supercharged to fully digest foods, delivering max nutrition. Plentiful good bugs keep the bad ones out.

I eat oats everyday as my 2nd breakfast. Water absorption def adds to the volume. I'll have to try this Husk

Low calorie volume food is definitely a huge help when dieting down.

Use coffee mid morning and then after lunch to help curb appetite. I also moved to 4 meals a day instead of 3, just less portions. If I have a sweet tooth at night I eat 15 calorie popsicles, or my go to lately is frozen strawberries and blueberries with zero sugar whipped cream and zero sugar chocolate syrup... been a game changer.

I watch folks daily eatings and slamming 3 glorious meals that are all 1k calories. It looks awesome. Everytime I try that I'm hungry as fuck 2 hours after. IDK if I've just trained my body or what, but eating 5-6 meals just keeps me at a constant level of satiation vs peaks and valleys

Did this Monday/Tuesday and added in some husk when I steeped my oats in the morning. Added good volume.

I had some work meetings this morning and knew I'd be limited, so decided to do them overnight. 60g oats and 16oz water and 8g of PH made a pretty thick jelly consistency. Added yogurt/whey in the morning with some fruit. Gonna add some more water tonight to make it bigger. I just use boiling water from an electric kettle vs microwaving. Worked fine

Been hot as hell here and after the gym the other day I didn't want a hot meal. Started mixing up a bowl of yogurt, honey, oats, walnuts, blueberries and I had bought the fancy ass sea salt. Added that.

Totally transformed the meal. Sweet and salty yogurt bowl.

Tirzepitide and Clenbuterol LOL. About 6mg Tirz/week and 40mcg daily.

Those overnight oats sound pretty damn good ! I think I’m going to give that a try.

My first “Meal” of the day is, 1 cup 2% milk, half an avocado, one scoop protein powder and half cup of raw oatmeal, all blended up. I eat that about 2 hours after my cardio around 10-11 am.

reta.
always had a huge hunger response and poor self control. Dialing the the reta dose has been lifechanging. I started at 2mg, it ended up being too much once fully saturated and i was only eating like 1500-1600 calories per day, and a lot of that was forced. im down to 1.5 now, eating 2000-2200 per day, 200g protein.
