To stretch the prep for 20 weeks or health phase

Did a show at 12 weeks on cycle placed decent I’ve rebounded quite well the last two weeks but I’m kinda questioning to keep pushing for another 6 weeks and do this other show that’s really close by which would be a total of 20 weeks or should I hang it up go into a health phase with a slight surplus and comeback swinging for some shows is November

Unless it is your career as a competitor...6 weeks is a bit long to keep pushing a prep after a show. Take advantage of the rebound of muscle post show, keep it lean and prep for November. Just my opinion.

Yeah longevity is the goal in this sport no reason to burn myself out now
