Not "drink water and do bloodwork".
I mean the REAL things you only understand after you've actually been through it a few times.
Like:
More gear doesn't always mean better physique
Some compounds sound amazing on forums... then disappoint hard in real life
The mental side of coming off can hit harder than the physical
Strength gains and actual physique gains are NOT the same thing
Chasing scale weight usually ends badly
Sleep, stress and digestion can make or break an entire cycle
The guys who stay in shape year-round usually run less than people think
Half the "monster cycles" online are complete bullshit
And probably the biggest one:
You stop caring about "what’s strongest"
and start caring about what you can actually recover from and maintain long term.
That shift changes everything.
A lot of people enter this game thinking gear is the shortcut.
After a few cycles, you realize the real battle is managing your body, health, mindset and expectations over YEARS.
That's the stuff nobody teaches beginners.
So let's hear the real answers from experienced guys only:
What's something you ONLY understood after several cycles?
What belief did you have early on that turned out completely wrong?
Drop the kind of advice you wish someone drilled into your head years ago
