Also, my shoulders are destroyed and this stuff doesn’t seem to be doing them any favors. I’d assume it dries your joints out?! Something I’m going go have to monitor.
 
Am/pm pins aren't too bad considering the miniscule volume
It's just remembering the pm sometimes
I've forgotten it more than once while running it.
I really didn't miss a beat man..
 
I’m not knocking it. My “remorse” was this stuff has mixed reviews and I’m not a fan of pinning twice a day, It’s kind of hard with my work schedule. I wanted to go into it with zero expectations so I could see the results and not manifest them lol.

I plan on keeping everything the same including my calorie intake this go around to see the actual results from this stuff.
I would advise to jack up your calories sir. I got an awesome result but truthfully like any anabolic or compound if you don't increase cals and keep them increased , theres no way to make significant new gains.

Will be watching your result closely and I know you will end up liking this stuff!!! ITs def a very unique compound.

I have been eating less then 1k cals a day bc tbh the Reta is just making me hate food. Even if I eat I take a few bites and that's it, I'm done.

I weighed in 203lbs today...so I'm down finally 2 lbs..but I also haven't been to the gym in 3 days bc of schedule and haven't been hydrating well.

So I'm still holding 90% of my gains after 3 weeks off and barely any food ...I don't think I would have lost a single lb. If it weren't for the reta.

Again super super impressed by this.

I actually have 2 of the new bottles w the iron lion raws and I'm super tempted to run it again but I'll do my best to wait 8 weeks.

Anyone else have any updates? Or new info to add to this thread?

Day 5 on YK-11/NPP…. Smashed a flat bench PR by 10 lbs, even though I haven’t flat benched in a month. Feeling strong, full, and my joints are doing okay so far.
 
Another week in the books.

I have barely been eating at all.. I accidentally shot 1mgs of reta earlier this week..I was assisting a client and accidentally used their vial instead of mine which is mixed different.

No harsh sides or feelings it's just that I have been eating maybe 1 meal a day if that.

Oddly I haven't lost a single other pound since stopping the yk11. I've never experienced anything like this and really at a loss of words.

Im not eating and not losing weight.

It's like the yk11 w the help of muscle memory brought me back to my "sitting" bodyweight and no matter what I do I'm just stuck here unless I add or deduct something.

Super impressive..I can't think of a single other compound in my 30 years where this has happened.

I actually can't explain why.
 
Yk-11 is the most impressive compound I've come across.

I only was on for two weeks at 20mgs a day split between for the first week and 40 mgs a day the second week split am/pm. I had to hop off due to rapid hairloss but the size of my back grew bigger than it has ever been. I've been off for three weeks and the size and strength gains have stayed consistent.

I had a slight loss in chest size and chest strength but I'm in a deficit atm and came down with a respiratory sickness during my pct. Hoping to slowly work it back up.
 
YK-11 with targeted muscle training and hypertrophy is the way. Less compensatory muscle help, pumps felt for 24-48 hrs and great tone. Who cares about strength when healthy joints and full muscles look sexy! 😝

why not 1 pin pre WO?
Suppose to have like 6/12 hr half life.
If so?

Day 14:

Not gonna lie, I’ve missed a pin or 2. Pumps are still very intense and seem to last for a day lol. Joints seem to be taking a beating, specifically my shoulders, due to drying them out. Strength is way up so I’m having to adjust on chest and shoulders otherwise the pain in my shoulders hinders my workouts.

Def noticeable bigger in areas than I was 2 weeks ago, specifically my arms which is crazy because my arms are shears behind.

Time to up the dose to 20/20 for 2 weeks…..

1 meal a day and on RETA and haven't lost anything at all from the YK-11

At this point I am just going to shut up, because I don't know what to say. I am convinced I will just sit at this weight.

Its like YK-11 brought me back to my standard muscle memory weight. I have to say I am very happy bc I finally look bada$$ in tight shirts. 10lbs ago I wasn't looking this Swole as we like to say LOL

True story.

More coming in a month or less and this time I am keeping several for me. I will run this again as soon as it lands.
 
Just bumped to 15 mgs am/pm=30 mgs total.
Most ive ever did..
Bit of hair thinning,no joint pain.
Feel it's because i always run bpc157 alongside it though..
No anger issuez.
Doesnt effect mu endurance 1 bit..
Hit 10.5 mph sprints today.
Vascularity,hardness,fat loss is in effect.
Strength increase as well,although i nvr push it/more reps.
Im expecting things to amplify with this bump in dose!!
 
Be 10 days tmr of 1 inj per day. .
37.5 units=22.5 mgs
It is working.

Gonna switch to am/pm shots now jusy because i want to see..
20 units am/pm= tad over 22.5 mgs foe another 9/10 days
Then will bump to 15mgs am/pm=30 mgs total
Yeah for me the 2 a day is superior but I have a very hard time being consistent due to being too busy.

I wish this was around in my 20s not almost 50 lol

Yeah but think about 5 new lbs. Its not gonna be very dramatic in a photo. And we have muscle dysmorphia. You may be more prone to it and know. A good gauge is how your clothes fit and when the guys at the gym say "you got huge". Thats how we know <3

How do you all think is the best way to run/cycle YK?

1. Adding to TRT, so like TRT +++
2. On a bulk cycle
3. On a cut cycle
4. At the end or beginning of a cycle

Just trying to think as to the best ways to optimize this amazing compound

Ive only ran it along side 150mgs cyp/trt..
Pretty much always in a deficeit..
Im sure Bolan can chime in here. .

Months later guys. I have been off yk11 and still on low dose reta and I honestly haven't lost a single pound overall.. I fluctuate 1-2 lbs daily but I'm sitting 10lbs heavier then I was 6 months ago. And I'm barely eating and barely trying.

My T levels consistently have been around 800-1000n/dL on my HRT.

Impressive stuff. I'm gonna run it again when it lands

Im hearing next week sir. Slight delay but on a good note, this is IL raws and an ASF manufacturer, so you know its gonna be worth the wait. These raws are getting more and more expensive. This is the most I have ever paid tbh.
