Thanks man. Sleep is starting to take a hit and there are no shows coming up. I don’t think I need to get too crazy and go for shredded glutes at this point. I’m traveling the week of Christmas so I’ll be done by then and start a new push phase when I get back.

Hit a fourth training day in a row. Work schedule got messed up so I did that to be on my regular rotation going forward. Went pretty well. Added a rep on a couple sets and matched everything else. Hit 40 minutes of cardio after.

Lower session done. Made some good progress on quads. Been stuck on adductors for a while now even though they are first. Considering dropping to one set twice per week but will hold off for now. 20 minutes cardio immediately post. Will do the other 20 at home in the afternoon

Gotta come clean. I didn’t do my second 20 minute cardio yesterday. I ended up doing 20K steps 🤣. I’m sure that makes up for it right?!

New low on this cut (178.2). I certainly felt this drop during my push session. Matched all sets except top set of overhead extension machine, I added load to that one. I can tell in the next week a slight volume adjustment is going to be made. The top sets of my presses are needing a little body English to complete. Had Bosh time for 20 minutes of cardio. I will definitely do the other 20 when I get out cuz the gym is on my way home.

Added a baby dose of tren ace after I got bloodwork. Low threshold to pull, just want to see how it affects my look while I’m in a good place. 15mg/day only going to run it for 3 weeks

You will certainly see a difference as you can get that as low as 5mg/day.

So far so good. I can’t remember at what point in prep I just kind of fell apart so it will be interesting to see the physical and mental response.I’m no where near contest shape so that helps. I’ve felt really good throughout this diet phase.

The best part at these low dosages you can still sleep. :)

Got my pull session in this morning. Hit 30 minutes of cardio after. Woke up at 178.5, on track for a 2.5 pound average loss from last week. Made progress on both lat pulldown sets and on biceps. Pullover and rows were matched.

Average weight for the week 179.7 which down another 2.5 pounds. Continuing to maintain absolute strength across all lifts so even though it’s pretty aggressive rate of loss I’m confident I’m not losing anything.

The Tren experiment is going well. No side effects at this dose and I’m just going to keep it here.

Not going to adjust the food this week so for a recap

After Christmas. I’m traveling so I don’t want to start a blast and then miss injections (don’t like traveling with gear). Bloodwork came back pristine so I’m ready on that front.

I’ve been feeling so good during this diet phase I figure why not just push it until then. More runway for growth.
 
11/29 Lower

This was a good session. Added a rep to all of my top sets. The adductor was most satisfying because I’ve been on the same loading for about three weeks and finally got it. Bicep strength came out of nowhere. Plus 2 reps on the top set and increased the loading on the back off, proceeded to do a third because it was cooking so good. Hit these shots post workout, pretty happy with the look. Still going to keep food the same but as far as pushing beyond this, I think I’m done. @Meetketchup need some honest feedback. How many weeks out do I look? My guess is about 8, am I off?

Upper session went well. Added a couple reps to sets and matched everything else. Once the pump was going I was even thinking damn, I look different this morning. That’s definitely that baby dose of tren coming out to play. Got my 40 minutes of cardio done after. About to hit a meal and go to the other gym with my wife and I’ll walk for an hour while she trains
