6/26 Check in

Weight unchanged from last week (193)

Condition continues to hold

Bump in food incoming. Going to look like this….
NTD 180p 375c 40f
TD 180p 900c 20f

No changes to gear or training. Sticking with 4 day U/L and 4x 30 minute cardio sessions. Still keep steps to minimum of 8k IMG_0234.jpegIMG_0235.jpegIMG_0176.jpegIMG_0185.jpeg

7/19

Sorry bros. It’s been a minute but I’m still around. Still putting in the work. Currently sitting at 196.5

Bumped the test a couple weeks back to 750 and the GH to half a bottle (~6IU). My E2 on that dose was 177! Added in 1mg arimidex EOD with injections. Plan to retest later this week. Probably the reason I haven’t updated. Outside of training and work I’ve been really apathetic.

I gave up on the DSIP experiment. Tried 500mcg a couple of nights which didn’t give me any extra sleep. Tried 750mcg a couple of night and same thing. Like my experience with most peptides, it’s all hype.IMG_0698.jpegIMG_0697.jpegIMG_0655.jpegIMG_0634.jpeg

Food and cardio are the same. Kurt is happy with where I’m at so we will keep plugging forward.

@Oakley6575 since you asked, you get a special update since I’ve lost the motivation to keep up with the log.

Current average weight is back up to 200. It has been a slog fest getting back to this weight after my cruise ended back in May. I’ve hit the point where I do NOT want to eat this food anymore. I still do, but most days I don’t like it.

From a training perspective, everything has been great. Progress on all lifts at least every 3-4 sessions. Still running the 4 day U/L. Still kept cardio in, 30 minutes/day usually about 5-6 sessions.

Food has been a TD/NTD set up
TD 180p 900c 30f
NTD 180p 500c 50f

PEDs….still running 750 test, 6 IU of GH. A few weeks back my E2 was 177. Added 1mg adex eod with injections. Ended up crashing my E2. Held the Adex for a week and now back to 0.5mg eod with injections. Plan to retest in the next week or so.

Plan is to continue until the end of October where I will cruise again for a couple months before starting prep for spring shows.

For these two final months, I’ll be running serostim instead of the orange tops. Kurt is hooking me up with some kits and really wants to see how I respond to this stuff. He also thinks I’m at the point to add in insulin. Tentative plan is to do a post workout novo log protocol. Details haven’t been finalized yet.IMG_1518.jpegIMG_1519.jpegIMG_1300.jpegIMG_1317.jpeg

Good to hear from you! Lookin' thicc at 200lbs.

Keep eating man. Serostim. BOOM! You will notice less water retention.

It's scary how similar our macros are carb and fat wise. My protein is much higher, but creepy!

Appreciate that brother! Yea it will be cool to finally see what all the hype is about.

Oh I’ll keep eating. It’s just a couple more months. Most days i get it down no problem. It’s those last couple meals where I’m like “no more COR”

What’s your protein intake at? You still planning on a couple shows this fall?

Yeah, you got this! You're in a great spot body comp wise w/ plenty of room if needed. Staying nice and lean too. Made some nice improvement in your upper back area especially.

My current Protein intake - I need the satiety and just seem to get a little more gains when I up it.

2 Low Days: 275g
3 Med Days: 250g
2 High Days: 215

Planning on a late April -May 2026 show.

If the schedule holds the same as this year. I’ll see you in Boston or Rhode Island 💪🏻

Nice! You look great! Super lean as always.

I’m so excited to see how you feel about the seros.

How much weekly volume are you getting in with the 4 day U/L split? I’m currently running a 6 day U/L so I’m interested.

Average fasted weight up 0.4 pounds from last week. Walking around at 205-207 after a couple meals and water.

Made the switch to serostim last night. Plan is for 6IU for one week just to see any changes while holding other variable the same. Going to add post workout insulin. Just start with 5 IU of novolog and see the response. I know this is on the low end with my food where it’s at but Kurt wants to go conservative at first.

Majority of bloodwork came back. For being on 750 test and GH it looks pretty damn good. A1C was 5.5 which I’ll take given all the food I’ve been eating. Serum glucose 85 even though it wasn’t a true fasted sample. Sample was taken 3 hours after last meal. Very inconvenient for me to get true fasted labs with my schedule. Creatinine 1.06 GFR 90 on traditional CMP. I was very surprised by this, I had trained the day prior and earlier in the morning. Last time on blast this was the only marker to take a hit.

Recent bloodwork. I didnt bother with a lipid label. I know my HDL will be in the 30s due to the level of test and that wouldn’t change my plan. Still waiting on a T level but that’s for personal curiosity. Backing off the adex from 0.5 EOD down to 0.5 twice per week and will recheck.IMG_1782.jpegIMG_1781.jpegIMG_1780.pngIMG_1779.pngIMG_1778.png

The biggest difference in GH is how much more retention it will hold. Aside from that the purity the diners, etc aren’t all that different.

One in contest prep, you can pick out right away who’s running Pharma GH and who is running UGL

yea that makes sense. I think if it were up to any of us we’d run pharma but man the price of these kits went up big time recently

Up 1.5 pounds to 201.5

Made the switch to Serostim and kept the dose the same (6iu). Sleep is deeper and maybe some extra fullness. Kept the other variables the same.

Increasing the post workout insulin to 8iu (1:20). Test still 750.

Playing around with a 5 day PPL-UL. Two weeks in and I really like this set up. Allows me to add a couple sets to body parts I’ve been trying to bring up while keeping the overall length of the session at a reasonable time that works for my schedule.IMG_1970.jpegIMG_1984.jpegIMG_1969.jpegIMG_1914.jpeg

I need some help with this. I’m trying to get a check in set up that isn’t dependent on natural lighting. I have a ring light that is on bright daylight and about 3.5-4 feet high. I’m left with almost a slightly blurry picture. Using a new iPhone camera. Anybody have suggestions on how to clean this up so the pictures come out crisp/cleaner? I see everybody do this on IG and the quality looks far superior. Not sure what I’m missing. Appreciate any suggestions IMG_1985.jpeg

The worse the picture, the better it is for your coach. :)

Get rid of that tan background and all other crap in the room.

Have balanced natural lighting that doesn't change.

Take pics same time of day

Use highest quality imagery on i[hone or run 4k video through posing.

Thanks man. I was hoping you would chime in. I have one those black back drops. I just took this real quick this morning to show what I’m working with. It looks the same even with the black back drop. Was looking to do this kind of set up going forward because daylight is going to get more scarce heading into the fall.
