Started TRT 12/31. Dr prescribed me 100mg/wk which I respected for a few weeks before going to 200mg/wk. started Reta 1/7. I’m down 43 pounds as of today and feeling great. 262 ~~> 219. My Reta dosing has been 6mg every 5 days since late February. March 23rd I had a Dr appointment and labs and everything came back great at 200mg/wk. on the 24th I started my current cycle:
400mg test
400mg primo
30mg anavar
2iu GH

I realized after about 10 days my e2 was crashed so I added NPP to wet my joints and dropped my primo. So now I’m at:
350mg test
220-230 primo
150 NPP
30mg Anavar
2iu GH

I’m feeling better after this adjustment. I suspect I’d probably do even better at 3:1 with test:primo. I will have to test this down the road.

I’ve been feeling a little discouraged lately because once I started the “cycle” my weight loss came to a screeching halt. But I’m seeing gains in the mirror so that’s keeping me motivated. My current weight is 219 and I feel like I carry it pretty well. Guessing 20% body fat.

I will have labs done the first week of may, the cycle will end may 31 then I will have more labs the end of June back at my trt dose. I think when I drop back to trt I’m going to really buckle down, finally up my Reta dose and try to get as lean as I can before starting my next cycle.

As for my next cycle, I’m not sure what to do. I have tons of different stuff on hand so I have options. Throw some ideas my way for my summer/fall cycle.

Brother that is one hell of a transformation, be proud of yourself! 6mg of retatrutide is quite hefty, do you struggle to get food in at that dose? I've been on reta at .5mg since mid Jan until last week I bumped it to .75mg, I love it but I could go a day without eating no problem so 6mg blows my mind. 😆

Prior to starting the anabolics I was struggling to hit 1500 calories. Since I started I have zero suppression and have to be really mindful of what I’m eating.
 
Next cycle I’m thinking about keeping my test at trt level and just adding a couple ml ripex 225. Anyone have any input on that blend? Should I push my base test higher to run it? Is 200 a week c/e enough with the blend? Should I look at something else? Maybe test/mast/low dose tren? Tren has piqued my curiosity but I did take a couple doses of ace and within 3 days I was soaking my bed lol.
 
I have more primo. I have EQ, mast p, NPP, adrol, tren ace, and a ton of anavar and test on hand and will buy anything I need to for my next cycle. Not looking for someone to map it for me just a little input.

I’m not trying to be a bodybuilder. I’m 44 and just want to look strong after many years of letting myself go. I train hard and with a ton of volume. Probably more than I should. The work doesn’t scare me as much as sides from the anabolics lol.
 
Great job with the transformation. My suggestion would be to have a clear goal. Be in a specific phase at all times. You are either cutting and trying to lose fat, or you are in a growth phase, trying to add muscle. Don't try and do both at the same time.

You could run that cycle 12-16 weeks no problem. Keep cutting. You need to get to a lean state before trying to add tissue. Don't make the mistake of going into a bulk before you've lost all the fat. I'd get some clen in the last 8 weeks or so and hit fasted cardio.

You aren't too far from a great place so keep killing it.

Amazing progress your putting in the work and it shows! I’m going through almost the same journey albeit a slightly different approach so I get it.

Interesting that NPP pulled your E2 up effectively.

NPP was to lube the joints. Dropping the primo to 1.5:1 helped my e2. But, I think I would be better at a 2:1 and maybe even a 3:1. That’s something I will figure out after labs and more experience.

Primo and EQ both tank my E2. Primo at 40% of my test dose has my E2 around 30. Everyone is different but it seems you handle primo the same way I do. Maybe its a fat guy thing. :unsure:

Yea I run better with a little higher e2 than most. Last lab I was at 110 and Ive never had any symptoms. 200mg/wk test is my sweet spot and that’s where it puts me.
 
Today’s weigh in. On the move boys! I think I figured out part of my problem. My sodium intake was insanely high. I was drinking an electrolyte drink that has 1000mg per serving, and having like 4+ a day lol. Dropped my sodium intake under 2000mg a few days ago and this is the result.

My BP is also looking much better since I dropped my sodium intake. Crazy to think I was on 50mg of losarton in January and don’t take anything for BP now.IMG_2569.jpeg
