Testosterone >1600....Anyone on Gear experience exhausting Fatigue?

@Zumbadaddy The advice already given I can't ad to. Good advice. The prostate thing I have a questions. You said it's Gleason 6 so I'm assuming 3+3? And did they do genomic testing? My genomic testing came back at less than 2% chance of advancing. The medical community has been arguing 50/50 about declaring Gleason 6 (3+3) to not even be cancer but benign. I'm not saying forget about it by any means. I'm pretty sure they have you on "active observation" to keep an eye on it regardless. What I'm saying is try not to lose sleep over it. They told me I'll die with it not from it and advancement or metasticizing is next to impossible. And they skipped the MRI with me as well. I didn't know any better out of ignorance and when I found out it pissed me off. The MRI is to check for anomalies BEFORE doing a biopsy so IF they find anything it can be a targeted biopsy instead of the random 12-15 punctures. My dad had to have it done and I made sure he was well aware of proper procedure so he didn't have to go through that. Anyway. I'll be on active observation until I reach an age where it's irrelevant. The whole point of this being don't get too worked up over the prostate thing. Your psa will fluctuate. Just keep an eye on it. It will more than likely never change from where it is now.
Yes the 3+3... but yes I too was pissed about not doing the MRI 1st and although I have a follow up with the original Urologist what is the point as I have found another specialist I'll be continuing with and not the 1 that did the biopsy without the MRI.... he's fired as far as I am concerned. And no I'm not losing sleep over it... but I wish he had let us know it is not as serious as we originally thought... I needed the 2nd Dr. to let me know this.

I found a different urologist as well. He told me the truth about it all. I was uninformed and scared to death and they took advantage of me and turned me into a "professional patient" so to speak. It was all about money with the first one. He drug it out for a year. 🤬 Glad you came out on top of it. 🙏👍✌️

I am 60 and been on gear for over 30 years and my PSA is consistently between .8 and 1.1. I would keep an eye on that.
As far a fatigue one of the major side effects of Tren. Not sure how much you are taking but I see tren as the culprit here. Every time I used tren I ran it alwong gw501516 and that takes care of the fatigue issue.

How much of each compound are you on weekly (mgs)?

When getting e2 make sure it’s ultra-sensitive since you’re on tren. It will skew a standard estradiol test.

You need to fix sleep brother, as I’m sure you know.
Soonest my primary can get me in for labs is Oct 16. so if I stop the Tren, which I did last pin was last Thursday... hopefully it;s out of my system by then. I requested my labs be done also for E2 and my primary also called me a RX for some type of sleeping pill. L- Theanine isn't getting me through the night, with Melatonin I wake up in a daze.

I had changed my protocol to 0.5ml of each
Test E 250mg ,
Tren E 200mg
and NPP 100Mg
every other day about 3 weeks ago...

Prior I was pinning 1ml, sometimes there was a drop more in the pin- never less, of each every 4 -5 days- just depended on my week and daily plans or lifting schedule.

I definitely recently have noticed a better lift and pump the day after I pinned.

I just left reviews on the 1st Urologists page and yelp.

I met with a Urologist a year ago when I 1st had the enlarged prostate and he recommended a few procedures but when his surgery scheduler was supposed to call that never happened... I never got the call the schedule and I dropped it... then in the spring when my PSA doubled form 2024 the wife wanted it checked right away and we found this F-Up of a doctor that was able to see me that next week. He actually is very popular but not with me. I didn't like his attitude or personality... my wife swears he's gay- not that I really care about that but his ego is bigger than mine and that didn't sit well with me.

what is this gw501516?

And he thinks the swap from test e to test cyp is going to solve anything. I hope he pumps the breaks hard. Sounds like he's pretty lost

Not trying to be a dick @Zumbadaddy but it's pretty clear you need to get off the gear, get your health in order, and do a lot more reading before doing anything besides minimal trt doses
Didn't think you're being a dick. I take the recommendations here to heart. Some guys think they know the answer to everything.

I really didn't think the Test Cyp would fix it...I just wanted to cruise and not go off gear. I just got a big order of Tren and NPP a few weeks ago... at this point it'll last me years if I go back on it.

@JJB1, would a person need to wait 4-6 weeks before testing to see if there was a change ? Or longer ? This is something I thought about trying because I’m a pretty high converter, Thanks!
To be 100% highest, I’m going to Quest in 30 minute to get my testosterone levels checked for the very first time ever. I’m not sure how long it takes to effect bloodwork considering you’ve been on a long ester of test enan and tren enan. I would be guessing. I’m sure there are guys here who have done enough bloodwork on their test levels to give you a pretty accurate estimate.

I almost never check test levels when on. I’m on, of course they’ll be high.
I have however, checked them when trying to balance TRT dosages, ascertain free to total ratios, stuff like that.

I had to stop all Anabolics 11 weeks ago to prepare for surgery since three 500cc therapeutic phlebotomies didn’t budge my hematocrit/hemoglobin.
I just want to see how low my testosterone is. I have zero sex drive and feel like a eunich, so I bet it’s pretty low. 😀

I can't even imagine that feeling (zero sex drive)... I'm sorry for what you're going through. I hope you recover soon.

Idk why people hate zero sex drive so much it’s pretty peaceful

lol…. There’s some truth to that, when I was on cycle my sex drive was sometimes so high it was aggravating, but good sex is one of the most pleasurable things in life. The next best thing is adrenaline which is why I’ve been in adrenaline sports my whole like, that feeling jumping out an airplane at 20,000ft breathing oxygen on a world record attempt, doing that 80ft triple at the supercross track or siding both tires around turn 9 at Road Atlanta on a motorcycle at 170mph; I’ve done them all and I can tell you that feeling reaches into your soul and is right up there with awesome sex…. But it also hurts a lot when you break a bunch of bones :ROFLMAO:

350mg a week of tren at 62yrs with your health problems is crazy

I got bad fatigue after being on test and tren too long. Too much toxicity! It catches up with you!

I’d drop down to true TRT, 10mg test cyp daily subQ is the best way to get higher free testosterone and lower estrogen conversion, according to a big thread by an old IFBB PRO on professionalmuscle.
Thats s great point.

I was able to get an appt for tomorrow to see my new Urologist.... I'm sure no blood work, but they always make me pee in a cup.

As for the health problems... apparently it's really as bad as we thought... the prostate cancer is not likely to ever metastasize... as stated above... I'm more likely to die with it than from it.

But I stopped the Tren last week and will get my sh1t in gear and stay off or a few months to check blood work before starting again and if this fixes it I'll let you know.

I'll post updates as they come.

Now you tell me.

My best advice if you are gonna take tren anyway despite people telling don’t, then only take 100-200 a week and don’t take for more than 8-10 weeks, but really it’s a terrible drug for an old guy to take period, especially when you have health problems

I understand and that sucks but I hear you and will most likely not restart... I just need to find someone that I can sell or give my gear to.

I saw my Urologist yesterday.

from the tests I have 1.5% chance of dieing in 15 years from the prostate cancer... so most likely not gonna happen. And in February we will do an MRI and biopsy and keep an eye on it... in a year or 2 (the average when some guys address it) we can do what's called focal therapy and freeze it and that will also shrink the prostate and get rid of the cancer 100%.

In the meantime... my fatigue sucks, I have little to no energy... feeling really drained... I taught Zumba last night and by the time it was over I just wanted to die but I kept up the show for my students and once in the car I couldn't wait to get home and pass out which I couldn't because I had to eat and walk the dogs... I was in bed by 10:15 and a sleep shortly after though I did wake up for "1st pee" around 11:45. Then eventually fell back to sleep and made it until around 3:30-4am-ish. I've been up since.

I'm really hoping that with stopping my gear last week I can get my Test Levels normal and get the Tren out of my system and reduce my fatigue.

About how long does it take to get back to normal, if that even exists?

Great news on the prostate issues. 🙏 👏

Yes it is... my wife is very happy with the news.

Still trying to figure out the fatigue... I'm hoping it's the TREN... I stopped all my gear after my last PIN, last week. Hoping to recover in a few weeks... I'm just the most impatient person I know.

Why not check e2 and fix sleep like I first recommended bro?

Trying to fix sleep... Dr gave me a sleeping pill woke up in a fog so I only took it once... no more... I also occasionally take L-Theanine... I've built up a resistance to it so I need like 6.. sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Haven't used in about a week... I sleep about 4 hours a night in between waking up to Pee... and then eventually fall back to sleep.

I also have tried magnesium... does nothing for me. I'll talk to my Dr. next week at my blood results follow up.

GH has made a huge difference in sleep for me . Tren will make u fatigue for sure , maybe not immediately, but eventually!
