Good afternoon brothers in big arms. Long story short. Currently 64 years old 6’4” 235lb TRT past 2 years, started Tirzepatide 3.5 months ago start weight 265 goal 215 about 15-18% which would be my lightest ever.
Gym 1.5 hr and Cardio.5 hr 5days a week diet a little deficient but TDEE is about 2500cal but it’s tough. Currently plateaued for awhile recognize that I’m also exercising and weight loss is slowing. I’ve stocked up for a long winters cycling mostly Test only but I am receptive to joint pain so investigating that or advice.
Back to the question, would there be any concerns of running Test P 1ml/EOD and anavar for 4 weeks. While continuing my Tirzepatide. Then back to TRT just to try and shake things loose from being stuck. Blood work has been done prior and would be done after.
