So am planning to start a cycle of the following. Would love any thoughts on this. I have my diet on point, lift 5 times a week as well as train bjj twice a day. My main use for Deca is really joint pain from lifting and bjj. Any thoughts?
I was running 400 a week of test and 100 mg a week of deca for 6 weeks. before the following
8 week cycle.
Test: 600mg a week
- Split 300 x 2 a week
Deca: 200mg a week
- Split 100 x 2 a week

- split 25mg 2 x day
