Test/Clen/Anavar Cycle

Seems like responses are hit or miss here but I figured I’d give it a shot. What’s your opinion on test/clen/anavar cycle to cut.
Test E 400/week
Clen 80mcg/day
Anavar 50mg/day.

Before anyone suggests it to cut, I cannot run Tren. Sides are way too bad for me these days.

Is this for a contest prep, or just to drop some fat?
 
Depends how deep into the cut you are. Are you close to 10% bf trying to cut further or at a much higher bf looking to begin your cut with this “cycle”?
 
I'd drop the clen and dial in your diet. I'm not a fan of clen you can achieve the same with a strict diet and cardio. If you are serious I'd hire a coach. Lots of solid coaches on asf.
 
Okay and would I add anything to replace the clen/anavar? Or just run low test?

Point me in the direction of one?
 
If you aren't lean just run test and diet. Weight will fly off if dialed in. Clen is for when you are very lean, trying to get shredded and holding on to muscle.

Well of course you but liking something doesn't mean it's optimal for your situation. :)

I like tren, but I don't run it unless needed in the last 4-5 weeks before a show. Use the tool when you need it. At a higher body fat, you simply don't need it.

Just my opinion. Wish you the best.

Is there a compound (besides Tren) that would stack well with test during a higher body fat cutting phase?

Steroids don't burn fat. Yes they will help with nutrient partitioning but they dint directly burn fat. Some drugs are considered cutting drugs because they are dry. No conversion to estrogen. My advise would be to just run some test, train, do cardio and get your nutrition on point. You would be very surprised how far you can get with that.
Clen works no doubt, but it's terrible for your heart and imo not needed if your not competing and trying to get stage lean.
Var is a great drug used properly but it's not gonna burn fat.
You can obv do what you want but I'd save those compounds for when diet and training are in check and your further along in your fat loss journey

12.5 Yohimbine Hcl / 1 cup of coffee with fasted cardio . If you’re not already doing cardio, I’d start 3x a week at 30 minutes

Lower calories slowly in order to create a deficit. Keep protein high, take calories from carbohydrates and fat.

Lean protein sources , mainly poultry / fish, complex carbohydrates and mono/poly unsaturated fats. Keep some saturated but minimal. Obviously for fibrous carbs - green veggies. Also, keep fruit in diet as a carbohydrate source. Having a meal plan is important here

When you plateau , increase the cardio. Either add a day , or increase minutes. Or, lower calories further

Could also add supps for insulin sensitivity
 
Listen I'm sorry guys I know this has nothing to do with this post. But I was wondering if anyone has gotten any orders from. Iron Lion ? If anyone has what was their experience like ordering from them, and was there products good? Again I'm so sorry for asking this question doing somebody else's thread. I'm just not sure how to make my own. LOL this old dog needs to learn new tricks. Thank you , and God bless you all.
