Yes no problem. With your 5mg vial, ad 1 ml of bac water.
For your issue, i want you to do 1000mcg twice per day (morning /night). Ad the mix ratio i gave you, that will equal 20 units on your insulin syringe.
Hope you bought a bunch of tb500. you will burn through it quick. If you dont do the proper dose and cheap out, you are just wasting it. IT wont be effective

What kind of shoulder injury to you have ? Peptides won’t fix some i.e. full thickness supraspinatous tear.
For non-surgical injuries, assuming you have TB4frag 17-23 (which is what most peptides sold as TB500 are), then 1mg 1-2x per day is the correct dose. Other TB4 frags are available too from some vendors, particularly 1-4 which is best for wound healing, along with the entire thymosin beta 4 peptide.
TB500 should be taken together with BPC157 at one third to one half the TB500 dose = 333-500 mcg. Basically buy two kits of TB500 for every kit of BPC.
