How that guy hasn’t been sued for libel is beyond me. He’s made so many false allegations that I’m sure impacted a persons source of income it’s ridiculous.

Slander is oral defamation of character.

And both must be proven. As well as demonstrating “measurable” harm or damages.

I think that’s the tough part.

Like how much has he financially hurt him as a result of saying that?

Ppl say shit about other ppl everyday. Best to have a thick skin and move on.

Unless they actually hurt your business lets say impacting your ability to earn damaging your reputation etc

Not as black and white as that. Slander and/or libel is establishing a false statement made by someone that causes harm. I agree that this would be more defamation as can it occur with consistent public ridicule and contempt based on those false statements and allegations. Those are all present in this case. Attorneys (talented ones) can often provide evidence of how these issues can harm a business or reputation. The word "harm" as many meanings in law. You see it constantly in the court system. Not saying it's right or wrong.

All that's not important. I just hate Greg. lol
