Plate loaded dip machine 1x15 (225) Tricep focus + Slow tempo

Notes: Still resting on powerlifting for a bit for 110% recovery so that I can hit some big ass PRs for @US-pharmacies team!!!
 
7/11 UFC FIGHT OVERVIEW
Co-main: I was surprised with how fast Pimblett won but if you look at the other guys previous fights almost everytime he shoots for a takedown he is open for the guillotine almost everytime. Paddy must've picked up on it and used that as valuable information taking him out in 53 seconds by submission.

Main: Conor vs Max, I knew Max Halloway was going to win regardless of Conor's injury. You cannot come back into the highest level of sport after 5 years of absence, that just doesn't work especially with the career ending injuries that happened with the leg injury and the broken toe previously. I believe he's also torn his ACL in the past and additionally he's 37. Then planning to face the world's lightweight #4 who's still currently active in the UFC was just a bold idea.
 
7/12-7/14 REST

My Back injury is not going away although getting better it seems I have pinched a nerve and I will only come back when I am truly better. No tears or disk injuries just seems to be a muscle strain. Thank God
