You kinda have to look at this two ways. Yes I think it was dumb but not my choice. Frank has a great physique he was set on running what he wanted to run in his body. Like I’ve said before good luck and just be careful. Stay up to date on bloodwork.

I dont think it was dumb. Whoever made the decision made it for a reason. Its their money and time not mine. The kid isnt stupid and has alot of potential. Somebody somewhere decided to see how much he has. Best of luck to him and hope he does well and capatalizes on the opportunity...big ol shit talker that he is lol in all seriousness good luck Frank!

I am PR trained now that I’m sponsored lol, I appreciate all the support. I will be getting a panel 5 weeks in to check how things are going with the new compounds. If health is good then we bump up food and doses and get more gains homies!!

That’s the number 1 reason I started the log. To hold myself accountable and to keep people notified of what I’m doing so if I need to make adjustments I can. My cycle is pretty conservative rn so I’m not worried, but when I start bringing those numbers up is when I’ll be more cautious. But on cycle I don’t plan to miss a day of supps or injections or anything. When I come off I’ll throw in some hcg and aromasin

Week 1 cycle update:

NPP: definitely increasing a bubbly look and pumps are getting better every 50mg injection, night sweats are insane tho ngl.


Primo: no physical results yet but definitely leveling me out emotionally.

Test P: test P definitely hits harder than test C or E but sucks because it’s low mg/mL so will be switching to test C soon when amping the doses up to make some more space in the syringe.
