My question is would you prefer to run T3 while bulking while test is high to shed some unwanted fat before my cut. When cutting I decrease test would this allow for more muscle tissue lost? Just curious which is the preferred method for using T3, obviously I've never used this before. Thanks
 
Good question. I also wonder if using t3 on cycle is counter productive, or if it's better to use during a cruise. Hopefully some experienced users will weigh in on this.
 
I have been using 50 MCG \ED on my cruise so far but this is just due to the fact that I had a knee replaced and am not able to do real cardio. I prefer to just up the cardio a bit or lower the calories if cardio is already in the mix and I'm getting fat instead of holding my condition or gaining lean. Once I'm recovered and able to do regular cardio I car prefer that than to adding T3 in both the cruise and while blasting or prep. Just my opinion.

Recently I started HITT sprints and it was working great. I'm 6 weeks into a cycle and running is giving me shin pumps that are painful as hell.
 
The #1 thing to grab at your local store, will be a digital thermometer. For bulking, take the T3 in the morning before you eat your first meal. Take your temperature before you get out of bed every morning, you want it to read between 97.8 and 98.2 degrees.

If you are running Trenbolone on cycle, tren actually lowers your thyroid. For me Tren actually shut my Thyroid off and when i run Tren i have to take 20mcg T3 daily to keep my thyroid active.

You can use T3 for Bulk. But you need to find which dose works for you. I suggest start with 30mcg and it will help stop bloating and water retention. It will also keep your results lean. Here is the main thing for cutting and bulking. If you Take T3 at night before bed it is going to burn fat and if you are not on steroids, and have a meal before sleep then you will burn muscle also. Glad I read this. I've had digestive issues and I think it might have been linked to t3 suppression while on heavy cycles (tren)

Same here, i had to stop taking tren a few time because i was getting heart burn bad. But now i run T3 with it everytime and i do not get side effects at all anymore.
 
Yes i ended up using a over the counter med. It comes in a purple box and it took a few days to kick in. The pills have a grape taste to them but they worked, had to take it everyday. Towards the end the tren over powered it, and i ended up drinking salt water, i heard it would help and i ended up throwing it up.

I just run the T3 with tren now and i never get the problems anymore.
 
So far I've been feeling pretty good on cycle.

No lethargy, no digestive issues, feel relaxed - kinda normal - even though work stress is very high right now

I am taking 10mcg of T3/day and 200mg of magnesium citrate. I think this has been a good and sustainable combo

I've read that a low dose of T3 on a bulk aids muscle synthesis as well as decreases the amount of fat gain. I've never actually done T3 though so I cannot attest to these claims
 
Personally I would not use T3 for a bulking cycle.

However, if you do - here's what to look for... when bulking, it's easy to gain some extra BF and
if you're taking T3 to reduce body fat it's very easy to think you can just increase the amount of T3
as you work your way through the cycle... which is not good.

T3 is the most active hormone in the body and has to be use with caution and in my case I'm using 50mcg
tablets and cut the dose (tablet) in half which starts you out at 25mcg... it is also recommended to increase
your dose by 25mcg every 1-2 weeks.

A good maintenance dose is as low as 25mcg - 75mcg... but not to exceed more than 100mcg, as you can
put yourself in a catabolic state.

A few years agoe I put this to the test and ran it over 100mcg and put myself into a catabolic state without realizing
it at first and put my progress back a few months worth of gains.

It should be discontinued by reducing the dose by 25mcg every 4-7 days so the body has time to adjust it's endogenous
hormone production.
