INJECTION PLACES Never inject Synthol into the lowest part of muscle especially close to joint areas (except biceps) - lower triceps, lower calves, lower forearms, lower quadriceps, lower hamstrings, lower back. It may cause severe side effects on your muscle proportion and definition! In case with lower back it may be dangerous for your life as well!
5. MUSCLE GROUPS Do Not use this product for more than 2 particular muscle groups at the same time. For example biceps and triceps.

SYNTHOL USAGE GUIDANCE
1. DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION Adult male:
1ml of product 1-2 times per week for a particular muscle group for a period of 3 to 6 months.
2. INJECTION This product must be injected very deep into a muscle for a depth of 2-4cm (0,8-1,6 inches).
3. SAFETY Always make sure all air bubbles are removed from the syringe before each injection.
4. STERILITY Always use alcohol swabs before and after injection!
5. INJECTION PLACES Always make injections from different angles. Best injection places are in the middle or upper part of the muscle and it relates to the most muscle groups. Exception is biceps and Synthol can be used also for the lower part of biceps to increase its volume in size.
6. INJECTION METHOD AND DURATION We always recommend inserting the needle very slowly into a muscle tissue until the needle is fully in.
