just picked up 10ml vials What dosage should i stArt with ? also how much. holiday i draw to ? as well as what frequency 3 weeks ? i’ve currently using test cipianate twice weekly 185/100
this is first time using Sustanon 250

Confused by “185/100”….? What dose of test cyp are you currently running ? 185 mg and 100 mg twice a week?

Pin 2x/weekly, Mon/Thur
.5ml per injection 125mg in compounds

So you could do the same w the Sust like @codem said . Just realize the sust dose will benignly lower than your current dose

Hey man, Sustanon 250 works best if you inject it twice a week. You can use about the same weekly amount you were doing with Test Cyp (around 250–300 mg total). Just draw it up with your normal pin size don’t wait 3 weeks between shots.

you can use it the same as your Cyp.. i like mine 2x a week on TRT
