Sustanon 250 Dosage

I see people suggest to do 300mg or 400mg on first cycle spread on 2 dosages per week so 150x2 or 200x2.

1. Sustanon has an ampoule worth of 250mg. This is a dumb question, but do you guys basically not take the full ampoule dosage if you will be injecting 150mg twice a week?

2. Also second question - In terms of sides is the full 500mg a week that bad for a first cycle? I have Sustanon in hand (sold as Omnadren in parts of Europe) and read that the concentration isn't what it used to be so basically 300mg might be low compared to a proper Omnadren years ago. So I'm really torned apart whether I should take 300mg or 500mg per week.

Man, it's completely your call. You WILL see significant gains from 300mg a week for a first cycle. The thing is if your first cycle you gna start at 500mg and yes you will gain a lot whatever... But later on your body will be so used to that dose that it will require more so now u shooting 750-1000mg on your 3rd 4th cycle where as if you took 300 now on your 3rd/4th cycle. You would only then be taking 500mg. Less is more when it comes to this stuff.
End of the day it's your call. As for ampules I'm not sure how you would draw 150mg and store the rest. Rather try get a vial for those dosages.

Imo, once you state a full goal; it’s all about need. I use it in various ways and have some tricks too . Sustanon is my favorite cycling product vs TRT .

Draw the full amp up in the syringe and take half 175mg. Swap needles and take the remaining a couple of days later. Honestly you should be fine one a week with the full 250 but that’s your call. Others with way more experience will chime in.

Id suggest 2 ampoules a week, 500mg per week. Ive used much more than that when I was younger, Omnadren was widely available through pharmacies back in the day and used to be cheap.
its better than anything that comes in 10ml vials. Old good Omnadren or Sustanon are still a better choice comparted to UG Sustanon even though Sustanon gives a pip.

If you want to do 300mg/week then just use an amp every 6 days. If you want 400mg/week every 4-5 days. Or just take partial shots sometimes to use the last vial. many ways to go about things. It doesn't have to be on a 7 day schedule. Neither does training.

I was reading that sustanon 250 with all the different ester's it works out to be around 176 of test. So would doing 2 ml a week of sustanon 250 be around 350 for a cycle?

In pure test, that would be correct (about) each the longer the ester the less pure test runs through blood . But it has advantages for sure . My favorite blast item is (Sust/Omna 250 )!

Example - Parabolan 76.5mg per 1.5ml actually is made from 50mg pure trenbolone base.

Im laughing to Myself. My first cycle was 2
Amps of Omnadren 250 that were over 8 yrs expired , making them about 11 years old and I blew up ! Hells Yeah it would .

I took in plenty of extra calories (high carbs, protein , low fat ) at that time . Diet is the part that is very important as well as having an AI during (adex/Asin)
Clomid/Nolvadex/Hcg for post cycle

My very first cycle was 500mg of sust per week for eight weeks and it was awesome. With that said I did get test flu and injection pain and sime
Other mild sides. You can split the amp in two different injections at 125 for a total of 250 per week to start.
