Suggestions on my current workout

Currently I go to the gym every other day and I do these exercises

Dips 8 reps 2 sets
pull ups 8x2
lateral raise I focus on holding the isometric hard so I always go until failure for 2 sets

Dips I can do with 2 45 pound plates attached and pull ups I can do with a 45 pound plate

Once a week I do leg press 2x8

I also eat around 1800 calories a day im on 6mg reta im 5’8 and 130 pounds

Im going to start with a test + hgh cycle i plan on starting with 150mg weekly and titrating up to 300 if I don’t get sides

If i run into sides i wont go up to 300
 
I assume I need to add volume to my workouts. I’ve always been into low volume high intensity but I am open to other things to maximize my first cycle.

Why? I am being serious. I just don’t like working out. I am willing to do it though. I imagine once I get on cycle I will like the pump and start doing it voluntarily. I force myself to go every other day consistently and have a good diet.

I’m going down to 3mg next week

I am lean so I won’t aromatize. I don’t see the issue. I don’t gain mass no matter what I do even when I used to train with more volume even when I eat in a caloric surplus while watching my macronutrients. I literally just get fat bro its to the point I think I am low T.

You can still be lean and aromatize, you fucking dumbass. Being shredded doesn't magically make aromatase disappear.

Lets sum it up...So 3 days a week you go to the gym for 30 mins...youre 5'8" 130 lbs and running 6mg of reta, and you do 1 leg exercise a week. You "dont like working out" and "have to force yourself to go"....do I have all that right? So youre undisciplined and have no passion for lifting and you're hoping hopping on cycle is gonna change this. Its not bro. @HFO4 moved it to the Pit because he knows whats about to happen. Youre gonna get thrashed. You have to have your diet and training down before you ever even think about gear and from what youve admitted what you currently do in the gym barely qualifies for resistance training.And Why in God's name are you on 6mg of reta? What is your bodyfat percent? You are 130lbs bro why would you be trying to lose weight? What were your test levels at on your last labs? Im gonna side w @Cypher here you have to be trolling. If youre not you need to reevaluate your plan. Gear isnt the answer to your motivation issues I promise. These compounds help ppl push past natural limits and recover from hardcore training periods, theyre not for ppl who are lazy and see the inside if the gym for less than 2 hours a week bro. Youre going to suppress what natural hormones you do have for little to no benefit. Go to the doctor or order labs amd check your bloodwork. If youre hypogonadal then maybe TRT is the answer. But its not the answer to your listed issues.
