Was looking for some input here, I just started a Tren eq cycle about a week ago decided to get some lab work done. Prior about a month ago I had some labs pulled and kidney function was fine my doctor even order me an ultrasound because my creatinine was high and wanted to be in the safer side to get them checked out nothing came back abnormal from the ultrasound and all labs looked good. I’m just surprised I’m only a week in on this cycle and my kidney levels were hugely different. I’m taking a cycle support I drink probably 2 gallons of water a day piss non stop and eat healthy. I’ll attach bloodwork results I know Tren can skew results but I just still can’t believe it had an effect this quick. Running relatively small doses still trying to figure out best ratio with test and eq but currently running test at 50mg ed eq 25mg ed Tren a 20mg ed. Just looking for some input if anyone has experienced similar symptoms. Like I said a month ago kidneys looked great. Thanks

Personally I’d drop the cycle and get a cystatin-c. More accurate way to test egf-r. I also wouldn’t run eq and tren since both can be pretty harsh on the kidneys. Kidneys is the one organ I don’t want to fuck with

Are you taking any creatine supplements?

Whenever I’ve taken creatine it bumps up my creatinine to abnormal levels

Can check CK too creatine kinase, measurement for Rabdo. The gear and overtraining can cause big spikes in CK which then elevates other markers. High CK damages kidneys, mine were always high on cycle and now I have permanent kidney damage, I’m stage 2 CKD

Yeah I’m definitely going to drop the Tren not worth it. Also since I’m basically micro dosing eq I’m assuming it is going to take a long time for it to have any effect on my estradiol. Reason I’m asking is I have been taking a decent amount of test then what I’m used to and sex drive is crashed. I’m waiting on my ultra sensitive e2 results but prolactin came back 21.7 which is saying slightly elevated I have caber but probably not going to take it since I’m just going to drop the Tren but I’m assuming my e2 is going to come back high.

You number are typical. Not even that far off. Just stay hydrated don't neglect your cardio and add liver and kidney support supplements to your cycle. You pinning foreign substances everyday, of course you're body is going to react. They're measured by reference numbers, do let it freak you out. Just stay healthy and keep monitoring your body. You're doing better than most that i know.

This is terrible advice

That BUN and eGFR are definitely not typical. Could it be something other than the gear and maybe a one off too close to a hard day of training? Maybe. Or maybe he carries a lot of muscle and that GFR isn't that accurate. But it's definitely something worth staying on top of and making sure he's not causing irreversible damage to his kidneys.

I definitely understand what your saying but like I said in post a month prior those exact labs were completely different everything was in optimal range had a urine test and an ultrasound nothing abnormal. And only a week in on that cycle is crazy it changed that much

Agreed, assuming you didn’t do the blood drawing after training or something like that… personally I’d get off everything and enter a health phase. That’s not a whole lot of gear to push your egfr that low and could indicative of some other issue.

That’s exactly how kidney failure works a lot of the time. It’s not always a gradual descent. Sometimes everything is fine, then you do bloodwork one day and you have CKD. It’s very common in this lifestyle.

I'd be worried something you did within that month caused that change. I'd get off everything but trt and retest again with cyststin c based eGFR.

I'd probably deload for a week as well and retest on a Monday
