I was def going to get the MOTS, most of my peps are from YMS but I'll def grab some NAD and Gluathione from them.

I’m loving the MOTSC at 1mg a day, nothing crazy but goes a long way for me. Glutathione I’ve been using too, dilute plenty and 0 lingering pain which I was pleased with

Hey bro can you tell me what you have noticed since starting that mot-c dosing? Im thinking about jumping on board with that. I have seen 1mg everyday then i have seen like 5mg every 5 days. Im leaning toward your dosing but wasnt sure what benefits your getting. Thanks

Here’s a little write up I did on it. Effect only seems to compounded since. Gonna try bumping it for a period perhaps.
